Hotel Pałac Akropol

Amazing property. Lovely rooms.Very few staff.Breakfast very tasty but not much choice. though I happened to like the choice.

The rooms are not cleaned, the bed linen is not changed. There are no kettles or refrigerators in the rooms.

The territory is great and beautiful. Not so far from autobahn.

The rooms (furniture etc.) are very old.

The hotel and staff were good, room was clean and comfortable enough (value for money).

Breakfast was ok, but really modest. Surprisingly in the bed the mattress covers were used only and no bed sheets.

The hotel is very pleasant and nicely decorated, the bed was comfortable, the room was spacious. Breakfast was quite modest but tasty and good quality, all the basics were there and we had a good meal. The staff was very helpful and kind.

The restaurant at this time of the year does not run normally, they only offer one two-course special meal. It would be nice to have this information somewhere beforehand as the location of the hotel is nowhere near other restaurants etc.

Staff is truly helpful and nice. Breakfast is good.

3 days stay, 2 days no hot water. no restaurant 25 people trying to get meal on a room 4x5m.no more tosay, horrible experience.

Seconf time. Last time was better… Now reconstruction og restaurant. Breakfast you have to take in underground floor…But breakfast normal.

Beds were fairly comfortable. Good window view.

Holes in the walls, spiderwebs and spiders In corners of the room. The walls were cracked, rooms overall are very empty and bland. Felt like I was in an 1800s mental hospital.

Breakfast was very good and they were open 24/7 so even though we made it quite late to Lublin they were ready for us. Staff was super nice.

We booked a room for 2 and got an underground room with 4 beds which was weird. The hotel has a particular strong smell but it’s not that clean and it’s quite old. you get what you pay for.

Very helpful staff. I booked the room at 23:00 and reception called back to warn about the wedding party in hotel. I'd no other choice and risked to spent a night there. I thought that the wedding is over at 1:00 or 2:00. When I entered at 00:00 I was shocked, since all wedding guests were sober and their white shirts were still clean. In Ukraine at 00:00, Bridegroom usually can't speak anymore. Polish wedding parties last too long.

We ordered a room with two beds, but the second one was NOT a bed, but a sofa with an awful mattress - thin and squeaky. Not good to have a rest after long road.Smells of damp inside the room.Few electrical outlets.Breakfast was quite poor.
