Best Western Hotel Jurata

A modern hotel surrounded by trees (and a train line). It has parking, but see the negative points below. It's also within walking distance of the center of Jurata and the beaches. My room was large and clean. Good breakfast buffet with decent choices.

As other people said, the parking fee is basically a scam to increase room prices. The hotel is made up of multiple interconnected buildings; there are lots of stairs everywhere and this can be a problem for people with limited mobility, prams, etc. The breakfast room gets noisy and crowded at peak hour, and when I was there the staff didn't replenish the dishes quickly enough so people end up hovering around the buffet, holding their plates and waiting for food. They advertise prominently their swimming pool, but it was always crowded and very noisy (unsupervised children) during my stay. They have rules like no outdoor shoes in the pool area, which are neither respected nor enforced, so there was mud (hopefully) on the floor of the changing room. The hotel is close to the train line, and if your room is on that side you'll hear the trains as they pass, but it's reasonably quiet. The reception staff I interacted with didn't speak English, and weren't the warmest, friendliest people. Finally, beware of the mosquitoes in the evening!

The location was excellent and the best part was that the hotel accepts animals.

During our stay our roomwas not cleaned even though we and our animals stayed outside for the majority of the day.

Breakfast was OK. In our opinion hotel must rearrange buffet localisation .Guests , staff are crowding in the way to the kitchen.

Breakfast selection was acceptable, although it was not very well laid out and very tight (in terms of space), residents overly close to each other whilst obtaining food.

I have to say the coffee in the room wasn't very good and having dried milk didn't help. It would have been nice to have a wider selection of TV channels including Netflix as an example for a wider audience.

Breakfasts were great The only remark is that when the breakfast was served in a Bar due to low quantity of visitors music in the room was played too loudly (from the TV channel). However after my request the level was adjusted immediately.

The address of the hotel is misleading. It takes you by the narrow road to the CLOSED gate. It is necessary then to go back without possibility of turning the car around. Not a nice experience during winter time. This is due to dispute with the neighbour around rights to drive through his property. This should have been clearly expained in the booking confirmation. Otherwise GPS takes you to that trap.

The breakfast was excellent and so was the staff. We felt very comfortable and looked after. The facilities were very clean and there were a lot of activities to do that is great for friends and family.

I loved the gym, sauna and pool zones, and the additional entertainment options (bowling, snooker). The room was spacious. Breakfast was good and served during long hours (8:00-11:00). We also liked the location, 3min walk to the beach.

Nothing major, maybe that only one sauna was open and there was no coffee machine in the room (there was a kettle but the only instant coffee available was decaf).

Very nice located hotel, colse to the beach and city center. We enjoyed beautiful nature around. Breakfast was great, very nice and helpful stuff and dog friendly place.

Get the room with the forest view! It's so relaxing to wake up to pine trees swing in the breeze. The location is great in general, a 3-minute walk from a wide, sandy beach. As an added bonus, this hotel means what it says when they say you can bring your pet – we were there with our 70-pound amstaff and there were no problems at all. Food served at the restaurant until late in the evening.

The sauna really needs to be better separated from the pool area – it's hard to relax with the sound of kids screaming. A little quiet music would help with that, too.

Absolutely great location. Rooms are facing a nice forest and are very spacious. Large bathroom. Hotel appears to be recently nicely renovated. Room was equipped with kitchenette and comfy dining corner (we had the larger suite) and came with double balcony. Only 5 minutes walk to the nearby beach through the forest. On site parking. Very tasty breakfast. Short walking distance to ‘town’.

Shame that there is practically zero privacy on the balconies: all are separated by a 1m high glass panel causing all conversations become public and everything is clear and visible.

Forest around. The rest was not equalled to the cost.

The distance of 50m form rail-track. Up from 6am regular train horns didn't let U sleep (no acoustic panels). Breakfast food quality was poor, so next day we decided to eat in Jurata. General hotel atmosphere was like in cheap object. The price totally not equalled to the facilities. No beach infrastructure/facilities (bar, organized sunbeams etc.)
