This was our second time at this hotel. We had an awesome weekend. The staff are super friendly, the facilities are wonderful, the room was great and the food was out of this world ...I can't wait to be back !

Great hotel, super friendly and helpful staff, high quality all inclusive, pool and restaurants are amazing, cleaning is great, location is good as long as you sty in the hotel. it offers you almost everything.

the service in the first day could be a little be better, we arrived at 16:00 and we couldnt have lunhc and ut took 2 hours to get some cold water at the room. There could be more exciting parties in the hotel, since there is not much around.

Right before the ocean the beach is small stones instead of sand, but the stones are smooth. You can always wear water shoes to be more comfortable.

Quiet, relaxing, friendly staff

We got a free upgrade and a late check out wasn’t a problem. From the moment we arrived till the moment we left all staff was super friendly. Facilities and food are great. Perfect place to relax. Thank you for the lovely stay.

Spa team a bit pushy for treatments and unfortunately only possible to change towels and the spa. Changing towels at the pool would be great

The food itself would likely score the hotel 8/10 or so - it wasn't perfect but it definitely contained everything that was needed - several different restaurants, extra large buffet area containing all that one could possibly look for. The upstairs bar (Del Mar) contained every drink you could ask for. The room was clean, large, and accommodating. The hotel does not spare the few extras that make your stay worthwhile.With the above said, if there's anything to be said about this hotel, is that the staff is simply phenomenal - they hosted us with great smiles, they were available for us when we needed them, offered help, a kind word, smiles, and basically everything one could ask for.A special thanks to Costas from the main restaurant, Valerius from the Italian restaurant, Christina from the front desk and most of all to the amazing Vasiliki from the main Del Mar bar. You have all made our stay unforgettable and we appreciate everything you have done for us during our stay.

The bed was too soft for us - it was huge, it was convenient and well organized and maintained, but to our personal preference it was too soft. Spa treatments (Massage) were a bit pricey (but this was the only thing we paid extra for, during the whole trip)

My husband and I visited the Mayia resort in order to celebrate our 10th wedding anniversary. We had been saving up for this vacation for years so we had very high expectations and I must say that they were met 100%. I truly was exceptional! The facilities are beautiful with great style, the food is absolutely delicious and the staff was truly amazing! From the reception, to everyone working at the restaurants and Valantis at the pool, every single person that we came across did everything they could to make sure that we had an amazing experience! I cannot say enough about the staff!The resort provides so many choices when it comes to your meals, from the main restaurant with an amazing buffet, that I wouldn’t mind having every meal there, to the three beautiful a la carte restaurants to choose from! We also enjoyed the performances every night at the auditorium and the parties at the pool! It was a lovely way to end the night! My husband and I would definitely recommend this resort to anyone who is looking to relax, enjoy good food and feel pampered! We really hope to be able to go back one day!

Everything was absolutely amazing but if I had to mention something that I didn’t like is that the cleaning service just wasn’t at the same level as the rest of the staff. The room was clean but not spotless.

The hotel was beautiful and the food was good in comparison to the usual resort food you'd find. The service at the pool was amazing, you always got the drinks you needed.

The booking system for most restaurants weren't great as we didn't get to eat at all the restaurants during our stay there. The service probably could have been better too.

The hotel grounds were elegant, and the services provided at this all-inclusive resort were generally in line with expectations. The private pool attached to our suite was the highlight of our stay, although the experience was occasionally marred by noisy and intoxicated neighbours, which affected our privacy.

For a five-star hotel, there is a certain standard that must be consistently met, and unfortunately, this wasn’t always the case. Issues such as inconsistent housekeeping, cleanliness of the room, problems with the air conditioning, and the lack of automatic replenishment of in-room amenities were disappointing. It’s not ideal for a guest to have to request or remind staff about these matters daily, as this detracts from the relaxation a holiday should provide. Considering that the room rate was firmly at a five-star level, the expectation is that everything should function smoothly and efficiently. When paying such a premium, guests have every right to expect a seamless experience where all details are handled without needing to intervene.On a positive note, the hotel staff were consistently friendly and eager to assist, which added a personal touch to our stay. However, given the shortcomings we encountered, we would likely explore other options in the future.

Exceptional surroundings - spotlessly clean and beautiful views - Everyone who works at Mayia treats you like you’re there friends - professional but so friendly and welcoming . Food was incredible, the service was impeccable and the Italian and Greek restaurants were outstanding. Everyone works so hard to make the experience out of this world .So sad to leave - we had 2 junior suites for a family of 4- towels changed twice a day and mini bar restocked daily. Beach was clean and water Crystal clear - beach bar and drinks great.

very good experience, at no point you feel that they deliver less than expected. You are treated like in real 5 star establishment. Very well planned hotel as it is never crowded at any place. Food is good and lot of variety. Separate restaurants provide nice variety to main restaurant.I usually never stay at the same hotel, but in case of of this hotel I could really consider an exception.

Location is not close to any nice city, but really in such hotel you have no need to go outside the hotel, so choose the hotel when you do not plan to walk around much.Pool temperature could be couple of degrees more, just it is not so hard to go in.Beach is stony, so bring your shoes.

This place is just heaven!! We stayed here for one week for our honeymoon & it was just beautiful! The staff were so friendly and helpful & the resort was spectacular & so clean! The cocktails & food were amazing, amaretto sour was my favourite ! The beach was just so nice and peaceful, the water was so clear and the loungers so comfortable! You can get drinks and food & hire a boat and jet skis down at the beach ! Definitely hire the boat, it was the best day , swimming in the clear water and seeing around the island! Rooms were so clean, bed was comfortable! It really was such an amazing stay! Do not hesitate to book here! Thanks again :)

Location! Over an hour from the airport! €150 one way! No local places to walk to near by that is worth seeing! We hired a car for the day which can be done in the hotel which was really handy and worth while in my opinion! We drove to old town & then to a family owned authentic Greek restaurant about a 10min drive from the hotel, it was beautiful, stefano’s you call it, check it out, the people were so lovely & the food was amazing especially if you like seafood! The spa staff were very pushy and honestly not worth the price for massage in my opinion! It was very of putting everyone morning going for breakfast and a spa staff member outside the restaurant door Enticing us to book a treatment! But the staff are very lovely & I wouldn’t let any of this put you off it’s just something the spa staff could take on board maybe!
