Gennadi Grand Resort

Clean and spacious rooms, and resort also, ; some rooms had a great sunny aspect, very friendly and helpful staff, good quality food, great weather! Rooms with a pool were very good, resembled a one bed apartment.

The coffee was not great ... some fresh milk would be good for us northern Europeans :)

Space and interior design

Location is inconvenient if you want to see the island, driving too long and slow due to road type

The rooms are fabulous and huge, very comfortable for a family of 4 with a great layout that splits the room into two. The pools were always clean and spacious, never felt crouded. The food was good, very esthetically served and very clean. They were amazing with gluten free options for our picky eater, made her pancakes, pasta, pizza etc.

There were not many activities for children, the pools are not heated and are quite cold even in August. The beach is not very swimmable since it goes onto a cliff in the water. Some of the staff were not very accommodating and we had to ask for certain things multiple times till we were helped.

The pool never felt overcrowded, which I really appreciated. It was quiet and comfortable, with plenty of loungers and clear, cool water to enjoy on warm days.

The hotel had everything I could possibly ask for. The staff were supportive, the room was well equipped, and the entire property felt safe and well maintained. I liked how easy it was to settle in and feel comfortable right away. It was a stress-free and enjoyable experience.

Variety of restaurants, good food, amazing staff and a very large pool with many beds around it

They told us there is no place in the main meat restaurant which is included in the all inclusive, and we had to persist to get a reservation. The sad part was that there were many vacant tables during our dinner :/

The staff was really great and helpful, the beach was clean and the water extraordinary. Service at the sunbeds was fast as well as the room service. The restaurants and bars had a nice variety of dishes. The private pool has crystal clear water.

The bed in our room was to soft, the mattress really thick, both my wife and me didn't sleep to well during our stay at the resort. The dishes at the buffet had to much tomato and ironically the tomato soup tasted more like a potato soup :) but that is a matter of individual taste.

We had an incredible stay at this resort! The food was absolutely delicious with a wide variety of options that impressed us every day. The hospitality was warm and welcoming, making us feel right at home from the moment we arrived. The staff went above and beyond with their attentive and professional service, always with a smile. The spa is world-class. We tried the couple’s massage and felt reborn! Plus, the fitness center and morning yoga sessions kept us active in the best way.

Every part of my stay was enjoyable. The staff’s kindness, the comfortable rooms, and the excellent amenities created a memorable visit.

Almost no children activities, the kids club is very basic & was not much of an interest.Almost no entertainment program, the night shows are pretty basic.During the day not even some atmosphere music at the pool.Repetitive breakfast, unless you go to the a la carte restaurant which is very nice. Drinks are pricy.The hotel defines itself as a family hotel but except of the facility its ability to address children is limited.

Overall a very good resort. Very friendly and polite staff that are very helpful. Great breakfast and dinner, with much variety in the maim buffet. Nice and clean rooms. Plently of pools, all very clean. A beautiful resort that seems to be very well maintained. Many great green lawns. Room decor is nice, a great pool and sea view. A mini club for children with friendly staff and activities for children. A children playground that we used a lot.There is a spa that we did not use.

The resort is located an hour and something from the airport and old town. The all inclusive option while seems nice and neccessary in a resort that is far from cities and villages, may not exactly live to the expectation. The options of snacks between meals are limited, and are served by snack bars. The hours of operation of these bars mirror that of the restaurants, and when you need a snack in between, you wont find an open. It is not a major issue, but something to keep in mind.Also on the all inclusive, it is not really all inclusive, as you have a limites number of restaurant that you can use from the available restaurants. Again not a major issue, but keep in mind.

The foods are very nice. We tried alacarte restaurants and the apperance and taste is very nice.

If only the second bed at the suite room be more comfortable.

The food exceeded all expectations – so much variety and gourmet quality. The staff were polite, attentive, and always smiling. Highly recommend for food lovers!

We booked this for our anniversary and couldn’t have chosen better. The private pool suite was breathtaking, the spa treatments were divine, and dinner by the sea made every evening magical.

We discovered this resort by chance and it blew us away. Beautiful architecture, peaceful atmosphere, and a beach that feels almost private. A true hidden gem.

We absolutely loved everything about Gennadi Grand Resort. The rooms are elegant and spotless, the pools are stunning, and the staff made us feel truly special. Already planning to come back next year!

Everything was spotless from the lobby to the beach. We felt very safe walking around the resort, day or night.

Amazing hotel with great service. Rooms are spacious with modern design and a comfortable bed. The staff is extremely helpful and welcoming.Although it's not targeted as adults only, the hotel is not really kids friendly so it's very quiet and calm. Multiple swimming pools, a private beach with a bar and a lot of peace and quiet.Breakfast is solid with good variety, nothing too fancy but no complaints.

Dinner at the main restaurant lacks variety and not at the level expected from the hotel.The a la carte restaurants are nice. Other options in the snack bar are nice too. You won't be starving but it's not a hotel for a culinary experience. Nevertheless, I still rate the hotel as amazing.

Our room faced the sea, and waking up to that view each morning was magical. The private balcony provided a perfect setting for morning coffee with a view.
