The water park was absolutely fantastic and a highlight of our stay! The staff were generally warm, friendly, and welcoming. The hotel itself is stunning, impeccably clean, and very beautiful..

The food, including the restaurants we reserved in the hotel, was disappointing. Also, the kids' club is very poor with unpassionate staff, and we've been to different hotels in Rhodes to compare. The staff in the kids' club (which anyway operates for a very small number of hours) could at least do some activities and be more attractive. I don't believe it is hard to make kids happy and interested in something. I don't like to compare, but we were at the Atlantica Pelmiri hotel two years ago in Rhodes, and it is even hard to compare how attractive the staff were to the kids there. Anyway, I hope they will improve for new visitors as the potential in this hotel is huge, and it is one of the most beautiful hotels I've ever seen.

Everything was wonderful. The staff were excellent, as was the food and facilities from the pool, to water slides to mini golf. My kids loved every minute of it. My 6.5 year old was obsessed with the kids club and would run there daily. Thank you Aurora, Amy really misses you❤️❤️

Food hall and some parts of the hotel looks very old and not as expected from such a place.. also level of food wasn’t so great.. Consider the resort is huge and built on a hill, in August it’s very tough to move with baby stroller around.. and the club car has limited availability (2 for 500+ rooms)…I felt that a lot of the staff has no patience and were really short..

We had a wonderful holiday experience with my daughter. The hotel and its facilities are high-end, and the attention to quality is evident everywhere. Our reservation note was taken into consideration and we were given a room with the features that we requested. Our room was new and spacious. It was cleaned well every day.The staff were very friendly and helpful. The animation team was amazing day and night. My daughter had so much fun at the Mini Disco every evening. The dance performances were very good. The light and water show in the evening was very nice.The food was delicious. There was freshly squeezed orange juice every morning. It was very kind of them to arrange a suitable place for you (indoor or outdoor) according to your preference, saving you the trouble of looking for a table during crowded hours in the restaurants. We couldn't believe the four à la carte options offered. We used two of them and were very pleased, especially the Moonlight Restaurant.The pool was large enough and clean. The lifeguards were professional. The beach was small pebbled and didn't hurt feet. The sea was crystal clear. The shallow end was short, so the kids could play in a small area.I would also like to thank the reception staff. They helped us a lot in many ways.Efcharistó Princess Andriana :)

The floor around the pool becomes very slippery when wet. We slipped a few times, and this might be worth revising. We were sometimes unable to sunbathe in the areas that we wanted because the sun loungers were occupied with sea objects for a long time.

Wonderful place for vacation with very polite staff, delicious food and relaxing views. Our best recommendations.

The staff were lovely , the manager in the lobby was so caring, the food was good, sea and pool was great, activities was cool also, gym is good but could be better, spa is amazing

When we got, we saw that the water part are not working, so we asked and we have been told that it’s under construction, now one told us before we booked, so that was disappointing. in general the hotel was so clean but the rooms were not 100% clean, it has been always something that was missed, especially the bathroom, but that’s really nitpicking and not that big of a deal, closed pool was cold and not warm, also the jacuzzi (hot tub)

We we’re off season so the outdoor pool was very cold, however there’s a indoor pool for 16+ and it was very nice

The hotel is amazing, it's really all inclusive as it's published, at any time of the day you can eat and drink. I want to thank Media for her help booking the a la carte dinners in a short notice, with a smile and patience -you are amazing! Also the hotel is easy to travel with a stroller - everything is accessible which is really good when coming with babies. We will sure to return! I loved the little kids pool and the kids club and facilities - it was really great for my kids (2 & 4 years)

The pools were really cold so we couldn't enter ( the kids got into the kids pool which was also really cold but they are kids :) ) but it's off season (October) so it's makes sense.

Our room was beautiful, comfortable and clean . We had a private terrace with our own private pool which we loved. The staff were very friendly and evening entertainment was varied so something for everyone. Several restaurants to dine in, we enjoyed every meal we had. Perfect relaxing week.

We had an amazing stay at Princess Andriana Resort & Spa! The hotel and its facilities are high-end, and the attention to quality is evident everywhere. We stayed in a Deluxe room with a pool view, and everything from the room itself to the stunning balcony view and convenient location within the resort exceeded our expectations.The staff made our experience even better – everyone from the reception team to the bartenders, waiters, chefs, lifeguards, and housekeeping was incredibly professional and welcoming. The animation team was a definite highlight, with their friendly and engaging personalities making the various sports programs and special events, like sunset yoga and the Greek cooking class, extra fun and enjoyable.The beach, though on the smaller side, was the cherry on top. The crystal-clear water was perfect for snorkeling, and we loved spotting the fish (tip: bring a snorkeling mask!).Overall, we had a wonderful stay that was both relaxing and full of fun moments. Highly recommended!

If we had to mention one minor drawback, it would be the food in the main restaurant. While there’s plenty of variety and something for everyone, some dishes didn’t fully hit the mark for our personal taste. However, the à la carte restaurants, especially Moonlight, were absolutely fantastic.

Overall very pleased with the stay, the range of activities for adults and kids, the schedules and the staff. Some real gems of staff, Nikos from the bar in particular was exceptional. Breakfast and lunch options were great. Shop provided on site was brilliant and convenient.

A couple of things to mention; some of the wait times and the staff in the al La Carte restaurants was poor. The burger and italian. Meals came out at different times, the drinks order came out at different times and when we questioned it, the response wasn't great. a bowl of fruit was provided in my room which was lovely, but during the week it started to turn and wasn't replaced or disposed of. Tried to book a boat trip on a couple of occasions and whilst the dates we wanted showed availability, on both occasions the trip was cancelled. the app is a good idea, but it should be easier to understand the availability when you book rather than being able to proceed when there is no availability. Overall the cost of the stay was too expensive. I understand late bookings comes at higher costs but it then doesnt become value for money.

Amazing Hotel. We really enjoyed our 1 week stay.Rooms are very clean and spacious. Helpful and very friendly staff.Food is ok, but not 5 stars. I was really missing seafood. However we liked Moonlight restaurant, top notch.Beach is very beautiful, clean and plenty of sun beds. In the beach bar you can get drinks and snacks.Animation team 10 over 10. Many sports activities and evening shows were superb. Overall I can definitely recommend the hotel.

Sun beds next to the pool is a big issue. At 9 am it is already hard to find one. Even due swimming pool officially opens at 10 a.m.

The manager at reception named Medea was excellent! She was wonderfully helpful and did everything to secure us a reservation at the Moonlight a La carte restaurant when they were full. The entertainment staff were amazing and the evening shows they performed were above and beyond in terms of talent, humour, choreography, variety and quality. Truly impressive to say the least! And they each made such an effort to welcome guests by the pool and invite us to the various fun activities. The facilities of the hotel were very good and the grounds were beautiful.Variety of fresh quality food was also very good!

It was a little frustrating that the depth of the main pool was 1.5m throughout. Although our kids are good swimmers, they got tired and so it’s not an ideal depth to play pool games easily or simply chill in the pool comfortably. The umbrellas were a safety hazard as often the wind would blow one or two completely over. The buffet restaurant was good but I would recommend sitting outside as the inside had a busy canteen feeling. It’s a shame that the gym only opens at 8am. I would have liked to have the option to workout earlier while hubby and kids were still sleeping. Surely the hotel could easily offer this by accessing the gym with the hotel room key?

Near the pool could not find some place, very hot there. Need to go to the beach through the tunnel. Clean service could not clean the vomit near the lift hole evening until the morning.

Beautiful resort, food was good, entertainment was nice for the kids, very clean and organized. Overall, we enjoyed our vacation there

There are not enough beds by the pool in the busy season (we stayed during August) Our room was on a high heel and distant from the main building. In the hot summer it was not much fun to go in and out with a baby stroller... Yet, the hotel suggested to go with the hotel driver whenever we need and also suggested to move us to a different room after 2 nights. We ordered the junior suite, which was supposed to be with one double bed, yet we got 2 separated beds..
