Amazing service and wonderful atmosphere!We stayed at the hotel at the end of the season, but the team was still incredibly caring and attentive. George from reception is a true talent — he made us feel genuinely cared for and special. We originally booked a regular room and were kindly upgraded to a beautiful sea-view suite with a huge bathroom.Everyone in the hotel staff was exceptionally polite and friendly. The food and drinks were excellent, with plenty of à la carte dining options, daytime snacks, and several bars around the property. The hotel grounds aren’t very large, but there’s a fascinating archaeological site right on the territory, which makes it unique.The entertainment program is rich and varied, offering activities for both adults and children. The layout of the resort is very well thought out, with separate zones for families and adults-only quiet areas.A special thanks to Nikos from the Citrus Bar — the cocktails were absolutely perfect, and the bar itself is a real gem: quiet, romantic, and relaxing.

It’s not always easy to find a quiet spot, as music is played in most areas, especially after lunch. However, this didn’t really bother us — when we mentioned the loud music one afternoon, it was immediately turned down, and the next day the team even called to make sure we were comfortable. In the second half of October, the pools are quite cold and the sea is not very warm either. The beach is rather simple and not very well equipped, and I imagine that in summer it might get crowded with limited number of sunbeds available.

More than I could expect, The level of service and attention to details from hotel management is exceptional. The variety of food and drinks is great in restaurants and pool bars.They took care about our baby cots requests as expected.

A bit distant from the airport but they can't do anything about it

Cleaning was top notch, lots of pools and amazing beach. you feel isolated in a good way.Great facilities for babies and kidsbreakfast is greati would like to mention George and Stelios from the hotel concierge, they helped as with everything, from local tips and every request that we had.

Dinner can be improved- good but for 5 stars i expect more.needs more shade, walking can be in direct sun light

The experience was simply perfect in every way. The service was exceptional. George and Stelios, and the rest of the team were very kind and always willing to help. The food was delicious and varied, and the evening atmosphere with all the different music areas was wonderful. The water park was so much fun, and there are many pools (we also booked a room with a private pool). We played tennis, padel, and football, and the highlight was the breathtaking view of the stars from the bar at the end of the hotel. Truly an amazing experience — we enjoyed every second and I highly recommend it.

Beach is not that nice to be in , location is relatively far if you want to go traveling or shopping. The hotel is not wheelchair friendly or handicap accessible.

WOOOOW! Amazing Resort that has everything you need and more. The staff is really caring especially George ( Customer Relations Manager ) who upgraded our room for no extra charge and was always checking up on us. We couldn’t have asked for a better vacation and time with our young son. This place has everything from daytime activities for adults and kids, a water park, gym, an outdoor and indoor pool and unbelievable food and drink options. Truly one of the best vacations we have had and the staff and venue was a big reason for that. Will definitely come again and this time bring more family and friends.

That we couldn’t stay longer ? IT WAS PERFECT!

From the moment we arrived, we were warmly welcomed by the hotel staff and received exceptional personal attention. The service throughout our stay was outstanding. Our room was spacious, clean, and offered breathtaking views.The hotel’s facilities are truly top-notch – everything you could possibly need is right there. Multiple bars, great restaurants, a relaxing spa, several beautiful pools, a sports bar – it’s all available within the resort, making it a perfect place to unwind without needing to leave the property.The food was absolutely fantastic. Each meal was rich in variety, fresh, and beautifully presented. From local Greek dishes to international cuisine, there was something for everyone. A special mention goes to George, the head of reception, who went above and beyond to make our stay memorable. He was incredibly generous, attentive, and truly made us feel like valued guests. He is one of a kind!We highly recommend this resort and can’t wait to return.

Restaurants , location, facilities

Outside childrens pool not heated. Not clean in the Main restaurant . ( Seats and Floor dirty)

Pros: the place looks amazing, the rooms are new and beautiful, the beds are comfortable, the entertainment team is one of the best I’ve seen (great singers!), there is a variety of food in the dining room, music all day in the lobby. In a warmer weather I believe we would have enjoyed the hotel more than we did.Cons: this place is not suitable for April and cold weather.They had multiple electricity issues:* One dinner we had multiple electricity shutdowns in the dining room and ate cold food.* The water in our bath was warm but not hot, even after I asked the staff in the lobby to fix it* The water in the “warmed” indoor pool was so cold that the lips of my daughter became blue. We asked the staff to increase the temperature and she said it was good enough. Everyone from our team who entered the indoor pool couldn’t stay in the water for more than several minutes and we tried a few days in a raw. In fact, the warmed indoor pool was one of the reasons we chose this hotel.* I took a massage, the room was cold, the bed was cold, the hands of the masseuse were cold. I asked to warm the room and she says it’s impossible.* The main night shows are outside. No matter what the weather is. While I admire the ability of the entertainment team to deliver on any weather, the audience had to sit and freeze outside in order to watch the show instead of the hotel to have the main shows inside. Or at minimum offer blankets.Cleanliness. While the rooms and facilities are clean, in every meal - 3 times a day, 4 days in a raw - we had to change 10 plates and 5 cups till we could find a clean cup and a clean plate- most of them were simply dirty. We were 5 adults and I’ve seen everyone else having to do the same. Haven’t seen such dirty dishes in a dining room 12 meals in a raw. I would expect them to improve but it seems like they have a problem with their cleaning machine as well.Activities:In theory the hotel offers activities like archery and tennis.

We arrived on opening day of the season. Everyone was so attentive and ready to provide the best service possible. We unfortunately came when it was a little cold and raining initially, but the sun came out after two days and enhanced our experience even more. The Tui entertaining group was amazing, we loved Don! Also, Michelle at the lobby desk was awesome! Lefteris in the main restaurant was always greeting us with a smile and taking care of us and other guests; he really took charge of his team.We plan on returning in the future.

Our recent stay at the Atlantica Dreams resort was absolutely phenomenal! We had two rooms during our visit, both of which were impeccably clean, spacious and outfitted with luxurious amenities. From the moment we arrived, the staff went above and beyond to make our vacation memorable. George, in particular, was outstanding—constantly checking in on us and offering his assistance with genuine care and hospitality.Housekeeping was exceptional, coming by twice daily to refresh our towels, tidy up and restock the fridge with drinks, plus Nespresso coffee and a great selection of teas.The entertainment at the resort was superb, with engaging performances every evening. We especially enjoyed chatting with Dan after his shows—such a talented and kind performer! There were endless activities for every age group, ensuring the whole family had something fun to enjoy each day.The spa was another highlight. Maria and Magda provided amazing massage treatments that left us feeling totally relaxed and recharged. The services were reasonably priced considering the top-notch quality and professionalism.Dining was a dream—from creative and delicious cocktails to the impressive buffets made with quality ingredients. The à la carte restaurants were intimate and provided truly great meals with attentive service.This resort exceeded all our expectations and we can’t wait to return. We highly recommend it to anyone looking for a luxurious, all-around incredible vacation experience!

Buffet was excellent. Lot's of different choices and mixed everyday. Staff in the restaurants and the bars were exceptional. Lots of different areas and bars to eat an drink at and spread out around the complex. George, from guest relations was exceptional to deal with. We had read about him prior to staying but he exceeded our expectations. Whenever he saw us on site he would make it his business to come say hello and check in with us. He also helped us with the bookings of restaurants and a floating breakfast which was brilliant.We travelled at the end of October, and the resort was quiet, I believe the resort would be exceptional at the summer times as the sunset was at 5:30pm whilst we were there. Our trip was intended to be a complete switch off from the world which we did, however I would like to visit this hotel again as it has so much to offer with regards entertainment/activities/things to do.

Unfortunately one day the water switched off, however this was no fault of the hotel and they worked tirelessly to help out.Bookings for the a la carte restaurants weren't clear whilst booking the hotel. You need to book these through the guest relations. There is a limit on how many bookings you make which we were unaware of beforehand so we didn't get to try all of them as we were staying for 5 days.

The hotel is just fantastic. The people, the room and the whole area ist great. Thanks a lot to the guest relations team (especially Geroge & Michelle) for taking care of us. I would absolutely recommend this hotel for families and also for a trip with your partner. Good mix between adults only areas and familie areas. We will come back for sure.

Everything!To start with, all amenities are beautiful, and the food options are great. There is so many pools options, including adult only area , that is make it the perfect resort for the whole family.But more important, the customer service team is truly exceptional! I have no word to say how kind and welcoming they are. They took such good care of my family, making each guest feel special. Thank you!

The seaside, not a nice beach and the swimming pools were extremely cold

Great resort - even though it was full there was always space around the pool, at the bar etc. Restaurant staff were all so lovely and the spa was great.

The pools were so cold for us especially our chidren which meant we didn’t spend much time in them which was a shame.

The hotel is lovely - very clean and the staff are great at constantly making sure you are being looked after. The variety of activities on offer is brilliant and the food is very good too.

The only thing that could have been better is the temperature of the pools - apart from one, the pools are cold at this time of year and the water park too - it puts the children off of going into them which is a shame. If they could be heated then that would be a massive plus at this time of year.

Sea and the beach was amazing, I just couldn’t figure out why few people preferred seaside. On the other hand, pools were nice also. There were lots of pools and we didn’t feel the crowd in any of them. Most of the rooms have pools of their own which makes it perfect if you need relaxation. Rooms are spotless clean, they are very good decorated and designed. You can use a trolley to access the rooms and travelling inside the hotel with a trolley is also quite easy.There are many restaurants you can choose from. We tried three of them, and all were good quality. Open buffet was well above average. Kids corner in the buffet was a plus and you can have fresh juices there.Manager George took care of us too well. In case you have anything in mind, George will make that happen:)

Hotel was about 1,5 hour drive from the city centre, but access to hotel is easy. We stayed in the hotel late September and pools temperatures are a bit cool for us.
