Very convenient location, quiet and next to the lake. Nice view from the room to the lake.

Clean but old. Plumbing makes so much noise and will definitely wake you up in the middle of the night. Breakfast was very basic.

The view was magical, overlooking Lago Maggiore, the room was very clean, the breakfast was very nice with lots of very good choices, the staff in the reception desk were very friendly, accommodating of our requests, and very helpful. The staff attending at breakfast were very cordial and helpful.

Location, near MXP. value for money is pretty good.

The location is amazing. Near the lake, the view from the room is great. Also, the facility is easy to reach and has some good restaurants, including the one in the hotel, which is great. Rooms are big, and you can see outside a beautiful view.

Breakfast was ok, but not very diverse.There is enough food, but I didn't see may protein options like omlet or fish, just boiled egg and some salami, which are by the way enough for someone which is not very picky with the food options.There were many sweet options instead.

Breakfast is great.

Rooms are extremely noisy, you can hear your neighbours and specially every toilet being flushed. There was a nightmarishly loud noise every time someone in the building used the toilet during the night, making it hard to get a good night sleep. There were also ants in the room and I found a bug and hairs in the bed, so questionable cleanliness.

Room with a View!

The only complaint- and it is not really a complaint - is the hotel has a 1980s retro feel. Quite an eyesore from the outside, to be honest- but it is perfectly clean and comfortable, and new bathrooms, but struggling to keep up with the times... and this doesn't matter, at least for me. You'll feel younger! ;) or if you remember the 1980s, you might feel like you've stepped back in time for your stay here. The price is fair and services perfect. Need a super elegant and stylish hotel just totally re-done in 2024? Pay triple for it, but it won't be any more charming.

It was a very nice short stay. The staff were friendly, welcoming and very helpful. I had the room with the balcony overseeing the lake, and the view was fantastic! The room was spacious, clean and comfortable. Very good food in the restaurant. Beautiful walks by the lake.

Room 402 very cold during winter time. Don't go in this room. And i won't surprise you with the breakfast -Could be better

We didnt need parking in the end. Lovely view, great location by the lake and lovely walks/restaurants etc nearby. Friendly and helpful staff at the the hotel.

Was clean, stuff was friendly, breakfast all right. For a night or two??

The staff at the reception was exceptionally friendly and helpful, making us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. The room was well-equipped with everything we needed, providing a comfortable and enjoyable stay. The view was impressive, both from the room and the restaurant during breakfast, which was a delicious and authentic Italian. Highly recommend this hotel!

Old and not maintained room. For 1 night okay but it's time to renovate and invest in the rooms....

+ hotel is situated directly at the lake+ nice view to the lake from our room + clean room+ reception always with personell+ storage room for bicycles+ public bar in the hotel building + very good lakeside restaurant ("Vespucci") only 200 m away+ small beach only 200 m away

- parking lot sometimes a bit overfilled

I liked the view of the lake and the breakfast staff were excellent. Check out was quick and easy.

The photo presented for the hotel is misleading. It is the tall block behind the holiday apartments with the yellow blinds. The hotel is rather old and the restaurant and bar are rather small. The showers are too small to effectively wash yourself. I thought the hotel was bigger and more modern based on the photos.
