    • The staff were welcoming, the food was good (not exciting but ok) the room was clean and the aircon did its job
    • The front desk person was great nice hotel and breakfast and very close 4 km (About 2 mi) from hotel
    • The pools and the beach.

    Cons -

    • there is some noise but not too much. the whole outside of the hotel needs renovating as it looks very tired. The one real negative was that we booked this hotel for the SPA and the whole spa was suddenly closed and with no apology when asked for massage.
    • SUPER LOUD CONSTRUCTION. I was unable to sleep because the construction that was going on in the property that started at 8 AM was so loud, banging, hammers huge slams of something it was awful. I contacted the front desk, but they did not do anything about it The key does not open the gym door. I went to the front desk. They said they fixed it. I went back to go inside the gym and it still didn’t work which really isn’t a big deal however it should be fixed. The main problem was the construction noise.

The location is beautiful as is the hotel. The breakfast was good and the dining room staff was excellent.

The staff members were welcoming and friendly. I particularly remember Giorgia. Also I met the hotel's owner and she could sing some serious Adriano Celentano. The room was very nice with a balcony overlooking the sea. Breakfast and dinner were included - delicious. The hotel is on the seafront with a nice beach. This hotel has easy access to the Palermo airport. They also have a reasonably priced spa with massage service.

Close to the airport and easy to get to. Room was clean and ready for our stay. The staff was very attentive and helpful

Room: The hotel is quite big, and the room was larger than expected. Room facilities were great (bed comfortable, shower great). Breakfast: Was great... lots of people around, nice casual vibe. Buffet style which included cooked breakfast, cold meats and cheese, fresh juice, coffee/tea, cake. Couldn't ask for more.Parking: Free parking on site, always a bonus.View: you wake up right on the coast. It's beautiful.

Slow check in: Other reviews have commented on this also. The porter is nice, but was obviously stretched thin, and juggling a lot of different tasks. Took ≈15mins total to check in. Parking: While free - and I appreciate that - was not clearly labelled and I wasted too much time looking for the right area. In the end I noticed signage pointing to the correct area (Area B... effectively along the driveway in)... but the sign was completely overgrown and not visible. Hotel; please take a moment to trim back the foliage/bush.

The property is directly on the beach front, the outdoor area is magnificent, beautiful scenery, mountains and sea with a very nice green terrasse:)

It is crowded with people, noisy all the time, hence hygiene is compromised, especially in the restaurant area…plates in the restaurant are not always clean, one of the persons in charge of seating is in the restaurant was very rude with discriminatory attitude towards who would be seated at the tables with sea view, when the general policy should be “first come first serve”…The building looks very old and needs renovation on the outside, although the room is nicely renovated and clean…

We got the half board (breakfast and dinner) and was very much worth it. Both the breakfast buffet and dinner buffet are excellent. The dinner changes every evening and has a nice variety to choose from. We really like the wine on tap. We certainly recommend this place.

    The beach resort area.

Everything else. Horrible wifi speed. Mostly bland food. Very uncomfortable beds.

Loved the Pools and access to private beach. There was on pool great for swimming laps and another close to beach for more of the resort vibe. Room was spacious and staff at reception were particularly lovely.

Not necessarily a terrible thing and not surprising I suppose in mid summer, the resort was full of families holidaying. I love kids so didn’t mind so much but if you are after a more adult chilled vibe steer clear. I didn’t realise but it was also miles from Palermo. Again ok with me as I booked this part of my trip to have five days relaxing at by the waterside. No tea or coffee facilities in my room and no glasses if you wanted to buy or bring wine and have it to yourself. I didn’t ask but perhaps this could be provided in future? I also had literally the worst toasted sandwich of my life from the bar near the deeper pool. I didn’t want to spend $60 (australian) on dinner and wasn’t very hungry so ordered one. Dreadful, half cooked. I can do better with my sandwich press at home. The resort really needs better inbetween options for those who don’t want to spend a lot at set dinners or at restaurants.

The hotel was perfectly located near the sea, and the food and desserts were absolutely excellent!

Our room was in the villa section, and unfortunately, it had serious hygiene and comfort issues. We found various insects including large cockroaches, ticks, and mosquitoes. The ventilation system didn't work properly, and the room was even hotter and more humid than the outside.

Great location near airport and out of Palermo city. It is right on the beach and off the beaten path. The patios and pools around the property are really beautiful. Had an all inclusive style buffet restaurant and an accessible bar. Rooms were great. The staff were all fantastic also. Parking included on site as well as access to shuttles. We stayed here when we flew in and right before we flew out and will stay here again next time.

Property was just fine, maybe have a restaurant that serves off a menu as well. This would up the scale.

Great deal , perfect view , seaside terrace after free upgrade. Very helpful staff.

    Food at restaurant needs improvement

The hotel rooms were clean and spacious with a nice view. The food was lovely. It was close to the beach.

The fact the pools were EMPTY and there were NO activities until June!!! This was not clear when we booked and we were very disappointed. You can easily hear other people in the surrounding rooms. If the hotel was very busy this would be a big problem. You could also hear people in the hallway.

    Location an d secure parking

Restraunt service was pleasant but very show. Usual thing waiters blame kitchen and kitchen blame waters for delay but cold over cooker fish after 1 1/2 hour wait indicated it was probably both. Inedible so finally we just went to bed …..Sadly workers outside our window scraping walls and chatting to each other before 8am Wasn’t the best wake up call.

I chose this for the location, on a beach between Palermo and the airport. Very nice hotel although was still cold when I attended, beginning of April. A few more weeks and the weather would have been better. Good location to relax while on a tour of Sicily.

Hotel proper a l'aeroport, bones vistes. Personal amable.

    1KenPosted on: 3-23-2025

    The room was nice

We stayed for 3 nights, no hot water the first night, no extra blankets in room, we froze the first night, no phone in room, long long walk to reception past locked gates that we couldn't open, toilet not secured to wall or floor, no hot water again on third night or the following morning, no compensation except for 1 toothbrush set,2 sewing sets and 2 pairs of the cheap slippers that were not supplied.Would never go back or recommend this hotel. Our room was only 7 months old and never finished off, it was also a long walk away from the main hotel.
