- The location of the hotel was excellent, 5 min walk to the nearest lift & right in the street next to bars, shops & restaurants. Having complimentary use of the hotels saunas & stream rooms was a real treat after a long day up on the mountain. The breakfast which was included offered everything you could possibly want & the staff were super friendly especially Joseph who helped us plan our bus route back to St Anton.

- The owner og the place are two sisters. One of them doesn’t seem to like being there. She gives the impression that guests are an inconvenience
- Rooms in the souterrain of the building, unfortunately that’s not the nicest to stay, but ok

Breakfast was excellent, huge range of options, both hot and cold. Staff were friendly and helpful. Very quick to sort out a lift pass on the first morning so I could get up the mountain quickly.

I loved this place! My entire crew was staying at the Troufana but I actually thought my room and setup was nicer here at Albona (besides the spa obviously :). Staff was somewhat strict but helpful and nice. I would def stay here again...great price and solid location.

Central location in the town. Less than 5 minutes walk to the main lift & apres ski. Friendly efficient staff. Nice breakfast. Easy access to ski lockers. Comfy beds.
The heating is turned up way too high and is a complete waste of electricity/bad for the environment.

Staff was super kind and helpful. We arrived early and they were all ready for us to check in...we were even allowed to enjoy breakfast! the service staff were excellent and friendly.

My room and the hotel in general was very warm, and the pillows were very soft (unsupportive) but that’s a personal preference.
