- I had a skiing accident on day 5 of 6. The hotel staff were fantastic at helping get my baggage down to me at the hospital and taking away any worries I had. Thanks you.

- There is no kettle, for me it is really significant because I need it to drink tea or coffee in the morning and in the evening.When I asked the owner of the place about this matter, he gave an answer related to safety, but it doesn't seem to me because every other hotel has a kettle.In addition, at night you hear a bit of the noise of the clubs that are nearby. It is not something that is in the hands of the hotel manager but it should be taken into account
