The breakfast menu doesn't change every day, there's little variety.

Charming and well presented, looking newer than its age. Great location, great breakfast.

Light switches in the room are super complicated and really annoying. Pool is too cold which was a big disappointment.

Ischgl is a beautiful place.

I’m pregnant and spend a lot of time in the room. I saw a different pictures of the rooms of this hotel and asked about a modern room for staying. The hotel answered, that “Your room is suit, so you will enjoy it.”- The suit is 35 m2, but the sleeping room is very small, because the suit is divided between 2 rooms (not mentioned in the room description)- we have to keep our windows closed, because the suit is located on the 1st floor of the 6 floor’s building. We see a people from the building, that is in opposition. No way to enjoy a Mountain View, unfortunately.- there is no Terrasse in the suit. The door to the small balcony is blocked by table.- the cosmetic in the room is soap “all for one”- the furniture and textile is “tired”- the bad is too small. It is mentioned 151-180 sm, but obviously, for the suits is only 151 sm.- bad robe is synthetic 100%We gave all of our comments to the administration & Booking in the morning immediately after breakfast after the first night.In response, the hotel administrator (man in tracht )said: “Get out from the hotel.” We left the hotel without any documents. Later the hotel used this to charge the cost of one more night as - they said - 11:00 AM is late check out.Our vacation was ruined and my pregnancy was also affected as the situation was extremely unpleasant and stressful.

Very personal service and people working here seems proud for their hotel and love their job. It could be noticed in every detail.And yes, kitchen is amazing. Almost Michelin level experience every evening.

The hotel and staff were amazing. They made us feel at home and took incredible care of us even through broken bones and flight delays. The breakfast is incredible, the beds are super comfortable, the distance to the lift is good. Perfect for families. Hope to get to go again.

Staying in a family hotel was great. Everyone was very kind. The room was big. There was a large selection of food at breakfast, everything was very tasty. The restaurant also offers very good dinners.The hotel is a short distance from the main cable car, you can also go down to the hotel via the ski slope.Parking in garages approximately 8 minutes walk.Fantastic wellness - we really enjoyed it!Thank you.

Nothing at all

Great location, staff was friendly and very helpful. Food at breakfast, afternoon snack and dinner was always excellent and there was plenty of choice and variety. The whole hotel is beautiful and has a homelike feeling?

The gym is very small but still very nice that it's there.The room itself would have been perfect with a big window. The view from balcony (which was actually a terrace for everyone but we never saw anyone else using it?) however was pure perfection.

The location, the employees, the food and the building was well made and well designed

+ Very friendly and supportive staff+ Extensive breakfast and we really liked the quality of the dinner in the evening+ Last but not least: the location is nice => it was a bit higher in the village, but you could easily walk into forrest (quite nice for our two dogs)

It was a bit of a disappointing start as we had other expectations about our room => we had booked a room "De Luxe", but the room offered did not really meet our expectations (it was a narrow room with a very small terrace). Luckily the frontdesk was very supportive and offered us two alternatives, which definitely met our requirements. Tip for both Booking.com and the hotel: better alignment on the exact format of the rooms

An absolutely perfect stay. Our room was wonderful with attention paid to every detail. The hotel serves a lovely breakfast with plenty of choice and an afternoon snack. The dinner is top notch and you should let the sommelier choose your wine, it was some of the best we have ever had. The staff is amazing and went to great lengths to make our stay pleasant.

Great location- just 5 min for the ski lift, 2 minute from the tunnel that takes you to the skilift and the center. Great Breakfast variety ??. Very clean. Very nice staff and also i liked that the owners are very involved and they work alongside the staff. I would come back!

I only found out that they hosted an afternoon snack on my last day, right before i left for the airport, overhearing someone’s check in. They forgot to tell my in my first day. It would have been useful and nice, but otherwise everything was great.
