More apartment style rooms, the hotel provides spacious accommodation with features like swimming pool and sauna. Breakfast at additional charge is well worth getting with an excellent choice of food and beverages. Staff are multi-lingual and friendly!

Internet connection could see improvement!

Everyone has a separate house in the hotel. This is a great comfort. We shopped and used it as if it were our own kitchen. The location is also very close to the car, there is no parking problem. It was also very good that it was really clean.

Although we were 3 people, when two people took a shower on the same day, there was no hot water left for one of us. The receptionist said there was a certain amount of hot water. It is renewed every morning. That was a bit annoying.

Great location near Colmar.

There was a chemical smell in the room. Also, the sofa bed is very small for two people.

Fantastic location, good facilities, friendly multi-lingual staff, onsite restaurant that is very good.

I wish units came with an oven, hallway hooks for jackets would be good.

We stayed at one of the apartments close to a disposal facility and then there were always insects and sometimes bad smells in the air. The collection trucks made a lot of noise on the mornings.

We absolutely enjoy everything but especially the pool and the great breakfast!

Rooms are a bit small, at least our room but it has everything One needs for a short trip.

Very nice apartment hotel, comfortable rooms, clean and used space very efficiently. Kitchen was well equipped, restaurants nearby to order food, items for purchase at front desk, best part was the indoor pool and sauna. Spacious balconies

Coffee machine doesn’t include coffee. Trash separation is difficult to do without enough bins.

Lovely walks around the residence , can follow trails along and around the river , access to all the nearby towns which are lovely too . Handy having on site restaurant facilities and breakfast facilities if needed . A great holiday had here and around the area , plus Switzerland and Germany are close if you have car or catch a train to either .

The facilities were nice. We really enjoyed the pool and having someone available at the front desk to help us. The apartment was nice as well. Overall satisfied.

The real negative was the cleanliness of the apartment. In particular the floors were dirty to the point it was making our feet dirty.

Very family friendly and close to the city.

The beds were a bit hard and the sheets were big totally clean (there were a couple hairs)

The nearby wooded trails were nice and the staff were friendly.

In need of updates. Apartment was too small with no storage for food items. Couldn’t close the bedroom door because the bed was in the way. The floors were very dirty and parking was a nightmare.

Location of the property is excellent. Kids enjoyed it. Major tourist places are short distance drive. Ingersheim has excellent bakery and wine store - a must visit.

Sauna was overcrowded, depends on the occupancy at the resort.

This hotel has really good service, the room was very comfortable and has many facilities like a swimming pool and a sauna. I wished the swimming pool had warmer water but apart from that we were very satisfied with everything like the equipment provided. There was a lot of cutlery, bowls, plates and cooking equipment making it very convenient for us.

Great value apartment to visit colmar and the nearby area. Free parking outside.

The pool needs major improvement it is not well kept nor clean. No air conditioning or fan in the apartment made it very uncomfortable to sleep with the heat wave.

The electric vehicle charger and the restaurant are very helpful in this area.

The room service is a bit poor, we would have appreciated a room cleaning during our stay.The breakfast food quality and choice are really poor.
