ASKED TO CHANGED ROOM MANAGEMENT FOB YOU OFF MAYBE COME BACK TOMORROW AT 530 I SEE WHAT I CAN DO NOT ! KNOWING FULL WELL THEY CLOSE OFFICE AT 5 !

Fridge was tiny

Very basic hotel, but very clean, just what I wanted. If you want value for money, a fantastic location.. this is for you! Location is perfect, centre of town and overlooking the port

Perfect position with views over the yachts.Comfy beds. Perfect for a simple base. Next to mini supermarket. At end of town so in the heart of everything.

Some people might want more drawers.

They need a full renovation. Orribile forniture, toilette old and small, internet doesnt work.

Good location to restaurants and ferry port. Room was spacious.

Bed was like a rock and super uncomfortable. Bathroom was tiny and the value for money really definitely didnt match. I got the view of a damaged house and nothing like the sea view photos listed. A kettle and cups are provided but no tea or coffee sachets were provided. This would of been a nice touch to add.

The hotel is in a perfect spot, in the city center and everything is next to you. You can walk to the port and the airport, you don't need a car and if you have a car there is free parking space very close by. The staff was very friendly, they allowed us to enter the room earlier than our arrival. Next to the hotel you can find everything, restaurants, fast food, cafes and mini markets. Our room had a port view, a huge balcony with a small table and chairs. Our room was very clean and every day we had clean towels and the cleaning lady cleaned the room and the trash every day. The air conditioning worked perfectly and the beds were very comfortable. We are satisfied and highly recommend the hotel Akti for holidays. We had a great time! Thanks!

Nothing, everything was perfect!

Great location! Lovely to sit on the balcony in the afternoon shade with the sun glistening on the sea and the sun shining on the opposite hill. Also, seeing the planes coming in and people-watching.

Great location for Skiathos town, far enough away from noise of bars but not too far to walk into the action. We encountered an issue one evening after reception had closed. This was sorted within 10 minutes so cant fault them.

The hotel is fine for its rating. If youre looking for ritz then pay a higher price. It could have done with more frequent change on towels and bedding. That said I found it adequate for my weeks stay.

Staff really friendly room comfortable near the bus station! Great location but balcony bit poor really small and looking out to a derelict building and a back street !

Small, but very nice and clean room, hotel in the great location near bus stop, ports, market and many restaurants. Very kindly owner and personal. Thank you for a great vacation!

Super hotel, small, friendly, very clean. It is close to everything, restaurants, supermarket, bus stop, ferry station, old port. The staff is kind and helpful. I felt very well!

Really amazing location that was right by the main bus stop, super close to great restaurants and a lovely view of the sea/harbour. Great to have a mini fridge for drink and food bits.

The bathroom is quite small and the shower is particularly tiny which means the shower curtain sticks to you constantly. Would be great if there was some shelving/storage in the bathroom for products. Could do with some more kitchen bits eg cutlery or some plates if we were being fussy!

Property was conveniently located close to many restaurants, the centre of the town itself and to several tourist attractions.

Floors could potentially be quickly hoovered when no one is in the rooms as we found a lot of sand accumulating after our days.

Shower was a little small

The location was great; close to the bus station and the port. Everything you need is within walking distance. The room was small but comfortable and met the needs. Check in and check out was easy.

The soundproofing of the doors is a bit weak, but it doesn't matter if you are a good sleeper :)
