Good services, very nice view, close to beautiful beach, clean room, great breakfast choices, good restaurant and bar. Very polite and friendly staff. Great stay.

The staff are excellent, the closeness to the beach is wonderful and the pool/hotel is very quiet and chilled

I feel the hotel balconies could do with a refurbishment as they were quite run down, rooms are quite basic for what you pay as well. You do have to get the taxi boat or a taxi into Skiathos, you cannot walk there. Please bear this in mind with your budget and what you want from your holiday. We didn't mind as we hired a car and enjoyed the area but may not be good for everyone

Facilities quite poor, beds not very comfortable, replenish of daily products (shampoo, shower gel, coffee) skipped some days . Bar closing early. Breakfast rather basic and repetitive. Quite away from the expected standards.

**The Worst Hotel Staff Relations We Have Ever Experienced**

We stayed at the Radisson Resort Plaza Skiathos from July 28, 2025, to August 4, 2025.Upon our arrival at the hotel on Monday afternoon, we encountered the worst check-in experience of our lives. Despite our efforts to present ourselves as new guests, the hotel receptionist, Ms. Rodopi, was extremely rude and dismissive. She showed no interest in welcoming us and insisted that we pay in full for our accommodation and complete the necessary paperwork without engaging in any conversation.In our email to the reservation department, we requested two rooms for four people located nearby. However, upon checking in, Ms. Rodopi assigned us rooms in different buildings on separate floors: N124 and N211. When I asked her for written confirmation of our daughter’s accommodation—who arrived on the same date but later, by plane to Skiathos—she refused to provide it, claiming, “I don’t know how to do it.”Additionally, she failed to inform us that we should use the elevator on the first floor for room 211 instead of the second, forcing us to carry our luggage down one floor.My wife’s room (124) was completely nonfunctional. The sewage system was blocked, causing water to accumulate when she took a shower. The bathroom door couldn’t close properly due to swelling from humidity. Even though a plumber came to address the issue, nothing was resolved. During our stay, we were instructed by the maid to place towels on the bathroom floor.Moreover, the bed was broken, the air conditioner malfunctioned and was excessively noisy, failing to cool the room effectively and failing to dehumidify it.The safes in both rooms were also out of order and weren’t repaired during our stay.The Wi-Fi connection was terrible, making it impossible for my wife to work online effectively.When we requested a room change, Ms. Rodopi refused, stating that since we had booked through Booking.com, we needed to address the issue with them ourselves. She provided no assistance whatsoever.

Bedrooms a bit Spartan ,no where to put much . Dining room ok for breakfast but a bit soulless for dinner and an ok menu but not great .

The breakfast was amazing, the room was clean and the staff was very friendly.

It would have been nice if the bathroom door had some towel hooks.

The restrictions on pool times. The breakfast areas felt crammed Our room was very bright in the morning.

We had a wonderful stay, friendliest staff, delicious breakfast and very helpful frontdesk. We will definitely return to this hotel!

Beautiful setting, view of the sea, pool. Great breakfast buffet. Dinner at hotel was very good also. Walk to a golden sandy beach.

Access road off the main road a little narrow and bumpy. But all good, in the spirit of adventure

Very friendly and polite staff!

The wi-fi was very bad. Also the ventilator in my bathroom started making a very loud noise after a couple of minutes. Asked reception to send maintenance when i was leaving the room one day came back the problem was the same. I dont know if a maintenance guy was called or if he did anything to try and fix it but the problem remained until i left. Most days i would use the toilet with the light off as the noise was so annoying

Beautiful clean property with nice pool and very attentive staff.

The outlook to the sea is not typically beautiful. There’s a grassy area and dirt road between the hotel and beach.

How close it was to the beach and it was quiet . East access to Skiathos Town by ferry . Staff were all wonderful . Great breakfast .

The location has no charme and the hotel is a chain hotel with no soul, nothing special about it. Its a non-place.

Beautiful design; it feels more like a boutique design hotel rather than a generic Radisson. Location was excellent. Quiet, right by the beach but an easy water taxi ride into town. The pool is gorgeous and the staff is super friendly and attentive. The food at the restaurant was really good. They said you need a reservation but I went during high season and never had a problem getting a table. The grounds of the hotel are landscaped beautifully and the hotel even has its own little church.

Two things: I feel like for a hotel this lovely, they should have better toiletry products. Most hotels of this caliber in Greece have high end products like Lanvin, Byredo, Guerlain, etc. That’s not a huge issue. But what I did find annoying is that housekeeping didn’t bother to make my bed- they just pulled the top sheet up. And they didn’t leave the proper amount of towels and the number of towels provided dwindled each day.

I liked that this hotel near the beach ⛱️ .if you afraid that it's far from city it's have water taxi on the boat ? evre hour just 4.5Є cost.Nice place for relax. Room nice clean and breakfast good.

One that I didn't like that at room was bad conect internet just in lobby was good
