Great view of the island and great location to the main town. The host was incredibly helpful and kind. Offered many great restaurant and experience suggestions that made our trip forever memorable. We will definitely be back by someday!

Well located in Skiathos centre, good value for money, friendly staff.

Just had a wonderful stay at Iris Skiathos. The hotel is charming and its design is modern and delightful. Many thanks to the staff members who are very kind and helpful and everywhere was kept perfectly. It was such a pleasure staying there and would love to go to back.

Very close to the port and restaurants but away from the noise.Rooms very clean.

Being really picky but the shower would benefit from a shelf or somewhere to keep shower gel/shampoo/soap

It was excellent in every way - it was spotlessly clean, conveniently located and close to main town. Friendly and helpful throughout - would definitely recommend and stay here again.

Everything had an excellent stay. Location, room, beds, facilities and the host Christina. Can’t forget the cleaning staff they did an excellent job. Apartments were spotless. X

Loved everything.

The iris is perfect for peace and quiet yet its a 1 min stroll from the middle of town which is very convenient , very comfortable bed ,perfectly clean,the happy people who work there to keep this place immaculate thankyou .

Would have booked a different room size as we had a studio flat with no balcony and room was quite small.Traffic was noisy too x

Our room was on the ground floor so very dark and not much privacy.

Very nice location, free parking near the hotel. Very clean, every day the room was cleaned and the towels were changed. Very nice garden, modern design. We were allowed to check in a little bit earlier and I appreciated a lot that someone from the hotel called me to let me know when the room was ready. Very good communication.

The shower cabin was extremly small and the shower did not have that stand alone support from above, which is very important. The furniture was a little bit old and with some little problems (all the doors make terrible noise when closing them and one of the handles fell from one of the doors). There were 2 beds insteand of one double.

For our family of 5 we spent 6 nights here in mid July. The boutique hotel is modern, very well maintained, very clean and in a perfect location. It’s evident it’s being constantly updated and maintained. Literally just steps to the Main Street and ports for all restaurants, shopping and strolling through the beautiful lovely town. Yet far enough to be quiet. Also has private parking for its clients. This is a bonus feature because we loved visiting different beaches every day and didn’t have to worry about parking when we returned.It’s important to acknowledge the cleaning staff that worked very hard, were very kind and the hallways and rooms were always very clean.At time of booking months before we requested rooms to be side by side or at least as close as possible and also personally communicated the importance and how we can book specific rooms that would help this. Unfortunately our first night didn’t accommodate and made it initially difficult to settle in. More so because we were on different floors. It is disruptive for families but made the best of it and thankfully the room on day 2 and beyond was right next to each other and super spacious.What would make this hotel stay from great to exceptional would have been a little more personal interaction with the owner and provided us with guidance for the in and outs of the island when requested. As it’s our first time visiting, personal recommendations compared to your own research is tremendously valuable.It’s important to note that caring was demonstrated when things like the air condition unit settings and one of the coffee makers weren’t properly working were very quickly corrected. Providing daily coffee for the nespresso machine beyond just the first day would also be a nice personal touch.We would definitely and wholeheartedly recommend this boutique hotel and not hesitate to stay here again. Skiathos is a beautiful island and this location and hotel was perfect

(+) everything : best location, big private free parking, balcony, medium size room but enough for us, very clean, stuff very polite, the day we arrived we got early check in and the day we left we had a later check out

There was no mosquito net, but that is a minor issue and could be easily fixed. The place os great, one of the best I've been

We loved our stay at Iris. The location was excellent, so close to the main town but we didn’t experience any of the noise from the nightlife. Great sized room very clean. The reception staff was lovely and very helpful. We were only a 5 min walk from the main port/town to go for dinner and drinks. We rented a car which allowed us to explore the beautiful island during the day. We will definitely visit again.

Nothing - it was perfect!

Positives: very near to the town (a couple of minutes walking) but away enough from all the noise. Very clean, cleaners came every day and towels and bedsheets changed every other day. Welcoming staff that were very helpful and pleasant to interact. Nice shower with hot water no matter what time of the day. The beds were very comfortable.

Negatives: we had a two bedroom apartment. The aircon in the main one wasn’t working properly, very noisy and had to put it on 18 celcious to get any kind of cold air out. The fridge was a joke. Tiny and the door will not close not matter what we did (even when it was empty). We had to put things in front of it to keep it close and all the drinks and food inside it wasn’t cold at any rate. We could have reported it but we were on holidays, did not want to spend my time fixing things they should be working in the first place. For example the toilet flush got broken and we reported it and they didn’t do anything about it. Will I stay there again? No for the money we gave we expected basic things to be working.

Christina who runs the hotel was fabulous, super helpful & very friendly. Emails were answered really fast!First night I was in room 1 which was lovely, gorgeous balcony overlooking the garden, I was then moved to room 17 as it was quieter & larger (I hadn't requested a move) the room was much bigger - a suite really with a sitting/kitchen area/dining table, bedroom and large bathroom) it was very quiet. Both rooms were great, balcony in room 17 was more enclosed with no view, but that wasn't a problem. Great little hotel, would definitely stay again!

The staff were amazing and location was absolutely perfect so close to everything, town, bus stop etc. lovely hotel with just what we were looking for
