The location is excellent — close to the city center, both the new and old ports, and within walking distance of the bus station for the beaches and supermarkets.The room is the right size for two people, and the bed is very comfortable. The kitchenette includes the basic utensils needed to prepare your own breakfast (no frying pan or microwave). There’s also a nearby coffee shop that sells amazing spinach pies — a perfect addition to your morning meal.Air-conditioning is available, though we didn’t need to use it. Each unit has a terrace with chairs and a table (all are on the ground floor), ideal if you enjoy watching — and being watched by — people passing by (we didn't use it either).

Not a fault of the property, but be aware that tap water on the entire island is not drinkable and contains a lot of salt, so you’ll need to buy bottled water from the supermarket even for making coffee or tea.

Large room within a few minutes walk of the port area. Friendly staff.

Close enough to the centre but able to avoid any noise, great check in, lovely host, comfy bed and nice to sit outside on the balcony. Nice and modern apartment.

We would have liked the shower hose to hang off the wall as it sprayed everywhere on the floor each time we used it as we had to hand hold it for showering. Would be much more useful and tidier if this can be hung off the wall.

It was clean and our towelswerereplaced every day. We had a couple of requests and these weremet immediately by the proprietors.

Although it is on a quiet street it does get very busy and noisy early morning as there is a school at the bottom of it

Location amazing only 5 minute walk to main drag. Best thing were the beds. So so so comfortable. The host was super friendly and there was everything we could have needed for a night stay over.

Ideally situated in town with parking next to apartments. Beach towels provided.

Close to the port area (in 2 minutes you are entering into the central area, the port is at 5 minutes walk), big rooms, lovely little garden in the yard. Exceptional clean (daily cleaning, new towels and sheet). Beach towels available. Quiet neighborhood, shops, tavernas and cafe at 2 minutes walk.

Really nice location! Clean apartments! Sweet host - they even drove to the Airport to deliver an IPhone we forgot at the room ❤️

Very nice amd comfortable accommodation. Close to the main street but in a quiet place. They gave us beach towels and cleaned the room every day.

The kitchen was poorly equipped if someone wants to cook, but everything else is perfect.

In a great location with lovely owners! Nice little touches like the slippers:) just very relaxed and peaceful place!

Very clean and had new towels every day. The owners are very friendly and helpful and would fully recommend these apartments which are close to restaurants and the port.

Great location in old city centre. Very nice host.Clean studio with all necessary amenities.

The hosts were the loveliest people, the apartment was so clean and was cleaned everyday, everyday you got new towels and the apartment is literally a 5 minute walk away from the town! The beds were reaaally comfy too! On our last day the weather was really bad and the hosts made sure to go above and beyond to make sure we have a place to stay incase our plane didn’t leave, but also to get us to the airport.

I didn't like the kitchen facilities that should have been there ?. Also you could hear everyone and everything . But more over they made us a complain about noise that was during the day hours.

The apartment is very close to the main part of town with supermarket, bakery, cafe and restaurants within a minutes walk. Pretty flat area of Skiathos town with no steps on the streets to navigate to get to and from the port or beach. The owners communication was great and such a friendly team made us feel very welcome , the apartment was beautifully clean with towels changed daily and beach/pool towels available to borrow.

Everything was awesome! The host is friendly and willing to help anytime. Our room was cleaned everyday, the location is safe and super close to the port and bus station.

They have thought of everything… plug in mosquito repeller… plentiful plug sockets… beach towels… good WiFi…very good bed, bedlinen and towels. It is a family owned property and their warm care and attention makes staying here very nice.
