Babis

I did not use the WIFI since I had enough data on my own. Everything was beyond expectation from the room with the kitchenette, beds and the balcony overlooking the harbor. Close to the bus stop to get to the beaches, boats to take you out on excursions and close to all restaurant.

Babis was amazing—super kind and helpful! He picked us up from the port and assisted with our suitcases. The view is stunning, you can literally see everything you need

Everything was perfect. We only stayed 2 nights but the host was so friendly! Gave us a lot of recommendations, offered transportation when arriving and leaving. The place was very clean and in the perfect location.

Everything we needed for a 1 night stay before flying home. Lovely clean and comfortable apartment, as advertised. Good location a short walk from the bell tower and down into town. Appreciated the transfers from the port and to the airport. The owner was friendly and helpful.

We had a room at the back of the property with no view but this was as we expected and fine for our 1 night stay. Perhaps advised to request a room with a view for any longer, although there is a lovely roof terrace.

Pick up and drop off at the airport was an excellent perk, much needed because of the elevated location. No view to speak of from my room, but just a short trip up the stairs was the rooftop were there were comfortable chairs and tables and an excellent view of the harbor.

Steep walk up to the place, but that's the price you pay for that view.

The location. The room had lovely sea /port views. It was very clean. A few minutes from the front and bus stop 0 and Not too much of a hill, or to the main streets in the town in the other direction. So enjoyed the planes flying in past the balcony to the airport. There was a roof terrace with even more spectacular views, where we usually took our fruit and cheese and yogurt for breakfast, or a drink on the evening before going out. Lovely to meet other guests and chat there. Babis the owner couldn’t do enough for us, extremely helpful during our stay. He also contacted us prior to our arrival to arrange pick up from the port, when we arrived in Skiathos and took us to the airport at the end of the holiday. Fantastic x

The furniture and room was dated and a little on the small side, but this was not really an issue

Host was very friendly and helpful and picked up us from the port, so we had no trouble finding the accommodation. Great view of the bay from our room's balcony and from the communal roof terrace. A bottle of water was supplied on arrival. The location is excellent for walking to the main areas of Skiathos town and to the bus station for going further. A clothes line and pegs were available on our balcony.

It was difficult to have a shower without flooding the bathroom/toilet floor. There was a kettle but it was the smallest one I have ever used. A couple of instant coffee sachets were supplied but not renewed. No teabags were supplied, nor milk, but perhaps we could have asked for some. The safe was not big enough to hold a tablet. It is impossible to avoid climbing a few steps to get to the place. The tap water is not drinkable, even after boiling apparently. But there are a few public drinking water fountains in the town which we used to refill our own bottles and avoid buying more plastic. The place was facing the airport, so was a bit noisy occasionally.

Central location, but vey quiet. Lovely view from the sea view rooms.

Excellent communication. The owner helped us out when our ferry was cancelled. He was accomodating, extremely and made us feel very welcome. We are very appreciative of what he did for us. He even made us a latte and provided a traditional sweet Greek treat on arrival

It was exactly what we needed. Close to the port and reasonably priced. The staff came down to meet us from the ferry in case we needed help with our bags, which I thought was thoughtful.

A great choice for a few nights before or at the end of a visit to the Sporades. Babis is happy to meet or drop you at the airport/port. The room was very clean and the balcony overlooked the harbour. Good value.

The appartment was excellent, with amazing views of Skiathos port and runway. The terrace was amazing, of which we sat out most evenings to enjoy the views. The rooms were cleaned daily, with new towels, they do seem to go above and beyond for their guests.

The only down side was because we were at the top there were a lot of stairs to tackle and with two large cases, quite difficult. although Babis carried the luggage up the stairs for us, so you need to bear this in mind if you struggle with stairs.

The location was great, we had a room with a sea view, but the best thing was that in the room was always clean. We are very satisfied with the stuff and the place. Thank you!

The shower wasn’t the best as it fires into the wall so had to hold it above my head to shower.

Everything. The location is amazing - breathtaking view over the port, you don't need a fancy view restaurant, you have it in front of the room door? at the same time it is a quiet location. Bus stop and ferry port are 3, resp. 5 min away, 5 min walking to main street. The room is equipped with everything you need, if you wanna dine in and prepare your food. The room was cleaned every day. Babis is very nice and goodhearted person. He picked us up from the airport and gave advice about the island.

There are some steep stairs to reach the place, tiring after a whole day of walking. But that's not a bad thing, just mentioning it.

It’s was all good. Many options to walk to it and if chose stairs, not really a problem I felt - because then you had a view !

Fantastic and super clean place. The owners are very kind. Even though we were there for only one night, they picked us up at the airport on the day of arrival and took us to the port the next day. Fresh water in the fridge and a map with explanations. It's a shame we didn't stay longer, it was really worth as well as Skiathos. We'll be back!
