    • Very clean and friendly staff

    Cons -

    • I was disappointed with sea view that we had
    • I was extremely disappointed with this hotel. The photos on Booking.com are very misleading. The website shows a hotel with a beautiful location and sea view. My room head a small window like storage room, overlooking a neighboring roof. To make things worse, I found ants in the room, which is unacceptable hygiene even for a two-star hotel.
    • Breakfast could have more variety, more sunbeds at the pool

Stunning hotel. Everything has been thought about. Location perfect. Food amazing, staff super friendly. Great pool and bar area.

I didn’t mind it but there are lots of steps so if you have limited mobility it may be more tricky- there are lifts to assist with some of the stairs

    Location and décor exceptional

Only thing was the pool wasn’t open until 9-30am This precluded use before breakfast Saying that the beach only 10 mins walk allowed for breathtaking morning swims

    9JacquelinePosted on: 6-25-2024

Excellent hotel. Rooms extremely comfortable. Very relaxing enjoyable stay. Great breakfast with lots of choices. We ate in the hotel twice in the evening and the buffet was excellent. The staff in the restaurant and bar area couldn’t have been more attentive.

Pool area only opens at 930am which we understand is due to Greece rules which don’t allow public pools to be open without a lifeguard. Meant I couldn’t have a swim before breakfast which wasn’t that big a deal. Also Atrium doesn’t have any designated sunbeds on the beach so guests need to either try and rent from the Princess hotel or one of the public operators.

We requested a junior suite with privacy and a pool. That is what we got and was perfect.Staff amazing.Towels some old and lttle toilet paper and water only the 1st day.Housekeeping was not good the 1st 2 days but the last 2 days excellentFruit and wine were in room a nice touch

The non complimentary water after the 1st day.Paper teacups.

    Breakfast nice , fantastic views

Didnt like being asked if we wanted to upgrade even before we had seen the room we had booked

Generally nice facilities. Not too far from a bus stop. Grounds were pretty with vines and flowers. Most staff were lovely and helpful.

Very poor value for money. We went to much better places that were cheaper all across Skiathos (and a few at Skopelos) during our 2 week stay on these Greek islands. For some reason their pool closed super early (6:30pm? I have never seen anything like this before) and opened really late (9:30am). Since we only stayed 1 night we barely had a chance to use the facilities. On top of the already expensive stay they charged extra for “taxes” and “room service” (confused why this wasn’t included in the bill), plus we never actually recieved room service as we stayed for only 1 night? Also since we were recently engaged we asked for something special to be setup and they charged 25 euros for a few pieces of fruit (most of which were badly bruised and in poor condition) and a bottle of wine (plus 5 euro “put the room” fee?). Where other much cheaper places have given astounding special service without any additional fees.We also wanted to check the venue out for our wedding. Despite advertisements on their website and several wedding planner websites, they did not seem very keen on doing a wedding at all. We got very frank “I dont like doing weddings” from the manager followed by “but I hope we do your wedding” before we left. Not flexible at all or willing to accommodate simple requests. Needless to say we wont be going with them for our wedding.

The hotel was set in the hills and a 2 min walk down the hill to the beach, my room was lovely with a pool and large outdoor area. The local beach is fabulous with sunbeds and lovely tavernas nearby to eat in the evenings. I did t go to the hotel pool once.

I felt it was expensive for what it was. I paid a hell of a lot of money but it wasn’t luxury. Breakfast was very average and the bed was so uncomfortable! I found the hotel very expensive for drinks. I paid for the bbq night one evening and it was 33e which I thought was a lot of money for what you got. Considering I was getting dinner elsewhere most evenings for about 5/10e

The hotel is a modern take on an old monastery style, which makes it the most beautiful hotel on the island. 25mins from the airport to Agia Paraskevi. Rooms are modern, large, very clean, large wardrobes, plenty of plugs sockets, mirrors etc.Restaurant serves buffet breakfast in the sunshine, cereals, cheese's, meats, breads, fruit, yoghurts, cooked foods - You'll want for nothing.Pool area in the middle of the hotel, elevated, over looing the sea, and its a large pool, great for swimming, plenty of luxury beds around to relax.Pool bar team are great, friendly, attentive, always available to bring you a cold drink on a hot day.The restaurant, run by an exceptional attentive manager (Konstauntiuos) serves gorgeous greek and Mediterranean food, couldn't fault it.Overall, it was an exceptional stay, Electra and her staff, from front of house, to backroom make your stay flawless.Notes:Bus stop 16 is nearby to get into Skiathos Town, €2 per person each way - Get off at Stop 4 and walk into town from the top endBeaches: Ag. Paraskevi is nice, but if you fancy a 25min walk, Kolios & Vromolimnos are lovelyRestaurants: Ag. Paraskevi - Platanias Taverna & Bar or in Skiathos Town - Basilikos

The Atrium Hotel is truly spectacular!! Their photos online really do not do it justice. When we arrived, we were shown around the hotel and given a welcome drink while our bags were taken up to our room. The view over their stunning pool of the bay in front is exquisite. They have a very nice, well-stocked bar and their restaurant, where one can sit overlooking the pool and the bay is one of the nicest we’ve experienced so far in Greece!Their buffet breakfast is also of a very high quality. The best part was the hot tub and private outside area that our room had. Room service brought us Prosecco and beers to enjoy in the tub. It was truly idyllic. Thank you to the friendly, wonderful staff who made the next stop on our honeymoon so great!!

    9AlexandruPosted on: 9-14-2023

The view most definitely is spectacular. Staff was also kind and caring.

It can be a bit dangerous if you venture by foot outside of the hotel, on the main road, since there is no pedestrian sidewalk

    9CharlesPosted on: 8-15-2023

Whole place spotlessly clean. Staff all really friendly and welcoming. Food generally great quality, fresh. Breakfast buffet well stocked. Lunch on terrace really great - range and quality. Pool spotless. Room air conditioning working really well - which was critical with temperatures in mid 30's. We had a late flight home and were able to use the hotel & pool for the full day and use the guest showers to freshen up before departure - brilliant to avoid wasting the last day.

Tough to find any problems here. Being ultra picky.... bit of a hike to the beach - but we were not too pushed about this anyway. The orange juice in the buffet was too sweet and made from concentrate - would really make big impact if this was fresh.

    Design and architecture of resort

Food was awful, service very average. It’s a package tour destination and should be sold as that, not a boutique upmarket hotel.

    8StephenPosted on: 6-24-2023

The hotel was clean and tidy and in a nice setting and in easy walking distance to the beach and restaurants. The bus stop for the main town was nearby.

The bar prices were very expensive and over priced and the bar food wasn't that great. You cannot sit by or use the pool until 09.30 which is no good if you are an early starter or want a swim before breakfast. The ant infestation around our plunge pool and patio was off-putting hence we went to the beach every day.Every time we returned in the late afternoon the cleaner had left the patio door wide open and we had a gate leading to car park. Not very secure....There was only one English speaking TV channel on the room TV but multiple French, German and others and considering most of the guests were English we were not catered for in respect to the TV.Although the staff were helpful and friendly, the guy who looks after the breakfast room was miserable and impolite for whole week. No good mornings, just a grunt and the same if you needed any help. One last comment is if you have mobility issues you may find the stairs and the walk down to the road an issue. Although there is a lift don't expect it to save you from having to use stairs.

It was very nice, we had a great view from our room/balcony. The pool area is so beautiful and quiet, perfect to relax and you also have a great view and a bar which serves good coffee directly to your sunbed. Also the breakfast was good with a lot of variety.

You have to walk a little bit to the next bus station, but it's not that bad. We couldn't get a good breakfast on our last morning because we had to catch a flight so they prepared a plate with just cheese, ham and a piece of cake.

    9FionaPosted on: 8-15-2022

    Great location, friendly staff.

If I was being picky. No draught beer.
