Nimfi Hotel, Skiathos

Lovely friendly staff, good location, short walk into skiathos town. Good range of breakfast items,Room with sea view, very nice. Would definitely return.

Only downside was if you wanted to eat breakfast al fresco the dining was on roadside near bus stop.They have a nice garden so maybe they could look to creating a dining area out there...

Staff was delightful. At the arrival, a bottle of wine was waiting for us in the room for my birthday, which was very thoughtful. View from the balcony is pretty nice.

The price does not meet the standards. Hotel needs a total renovation. Rooms were not properly clean. The bed was too short for my partner (186cm), even for me and I am 163cm tall. Breakfast was OK, but you could either eat inside on the sun with the sea view or outside in the shade by the busy main road. Lower the prices or renovate whole building, especially the rooms and change the AC (very loud and makes squealing voices, hard to sleep). You can park in front of the hotel by the busy main road.

Very helpful staff, a/c didn't work and they sorted it right away. Great location, two minute walk to the beach and just ten minutes walk from Skiathos Town.

Great location..vibe and staff . In particular Nickos , very pleasant, professional, friendly and helpful. A very good asset for Nimfi hotel. We will return .

The parking was in a good location, walkable to the beach and lots of local restaurants along the seaside. Breakfast was basic but okay.

The room was small and difficult for two people to move around. The shower holder was broken, so it would spray water along the wall of the shower and go all over the floor. There was a small balcony which was nice, we wished there was a small drying rack to hang clothes and towels out on the balcony to dry. When we were walking around town, there were lots of other hotels with small drying racks on the balconies. The listing says there is free parking, there is no parking around the hotel. We had to search for parking every day.

Coffee making facilities in room

The staff were extremely helpful and polite. They even thought of leaving a present for me on my birthday in the room!! We had the suite with the separate living room. Was really convenient for a family of 4. Location was really close to the town.

Decent size room. Easy to reach by bus from the airport. The bus stop is just outside. This makes it easy to explore the island.

It was poor value for money. More like a travelLodge, very basic. My room had a horrible view of building work to the left of the property . Once done, it will be better. No pool or bar. Breakfast was ok but they wouldn’t make a fresh, basic omelet. The breakfast lady was very nice though

Location was super convenient, and staff were incredibly friendly and hospitable. Really nice room, with beautiful sea view, and peaceful balcony. Breakfast was delicious as well :)

The shower could do with a glass screen or curtain to prevent water from flooding bathroom floor.

Good location, pretty close to the city. I recommend walking to the city center via the inner streets rather than the main road. It’s a much easier and pleasant 10-15 minute walk with amazing houses, cats, and beautiful spots perfect for photos.Moreover, breakfast was unexpectedly good with a great variety of food. My personal recommendation is the Greek dessert Kantaifi. The dining area, though near the main road, is quite beautiful. If it was too hot or noisy, we stayed inside near the buffet, admiring the beauty of the island.

Unfortunately, our room wasn't the one we booked on Booking.com. I booked a room with a sea view, but it was only partially sea view and partially an old construction site. I don’t know if it was a mistake, but it's better to recheck with the staff before booking to avoid disappointment like we experienced. Also, be aware of mosquitoes—they are everywhere. I don't recommend opening the window at night and make sure to bring something to protect against them.

Air conditioning in room

The superior double room with sea view bore no resemblance to the advertised photographs . Room was compact , sea view and balcony visible from far corner of room only . Shower cubicle was very small and difficult to fit into . Breakfast was adequate , but seating area was alongside road - so when buses Lorries and good vehicles stopped outside the exhaust fumes were bad .

Sea view from the balcony, 8 min from the airport, bus stop in front of hotel that takes you directly to the port and amazing hospitality from the staff, i would say the best service in Greece!

Charming sea-themed hotel, with the BEST breakfast! Our room was on the smaller side, but very cozy with a comfortable bed, balcony with a distant ocean view, and cold A/C. We were so grateful to the friendly, kind hotel staff for the early check-in, after we arrived a little prematurely, from a long journey to the island. The bus was fun and easy to use directly from the airport (buy your ticket from the tiny booth outside). Bus Stop 5 drops you off immediately in front of the hotel! Overall, Nimfi Hotel was our vote for the best bang for your buck. You simply won't find a better deal for such a delightful stay.

Fantastic location with great sea views, close to nice beach and restaurants. Bus stop right out front, and is also an easy walk in to Skiathos Town.

Breakfast was hosted in a separate room with beautiful views, very good food, staff was very attentive.

The canalisations bad small was every single day in the room from the bathroom. Horrible. We had to sleep with opened balcony door every single night. When you get home from the beach, the cleaning lady closes the balcony door so the smell of the room was like in a public WC.
