- All of that staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. The indoor pool is great and they ensured plenty of towels. Restaurant was very tasty and the breakfast had a lot of good options. There was also a great playground just outside of the main building.

- We were told two queens and a bunk bed but it was only a regular twin so didn’t have as much space.
- We were given the wrong key to the guest house quite a distance away from the hotel itself and spent about an hour trying to figure out how to get in. After two trips back to the reception, we got it. In the meantime, we missed a chance to use the swimming pool, which was one of the main reasons we picked this hotel to begin with. It would have been nice to hear from someone in charge: “Here, let me take a few dollars off your final bill to make it up to you,” especially at the very end when we got charged extra for our youngest child. Just a nice gesture that would have gone a long way. Otherwise, great hotel, as long as you stay in the main building.

The apartment was clean, nice and spacious. It served our family of 5 perfectly.
The absence of the staff at the guest house itself, certain things could have been resolved immediately (for example missing cot at the apartment).
