Arabella Jagdhof Resort am Fuschlsee, a Tribute Portfolio Hotel

Spacious rooms and bathrooms, spa area. The bar was ok. Nice decorations for Christmas.

Stains on curtains, shower door seal was only half there and water poured out onto the entire floor. The front desk employees all seemed to be either tired of their job and/or coworker, as well as not super knowledgeable about things within the hotel. 300€ deposit is insane. I’ve stayed in much nicer hotels and never paid a deposit. I found that extreme and now, a week after checking out, my deposit has still not been returned. The bar had a very sparse food selection and although we tried to reserve the restaurant, we were told they were booked completely and we could eat at the bar. The food selection was really pitiful and what few choices they had, were really expensive for eating at a bar. Considering there aren’t really any other options in the area, we sucked it up and paid the prices for very sub-par food. 25€ for a pulled pork sandwich and fries. Also would not have been my choice food in Austria. ?

Breakfast was very good. Room was nice, even though not very recent. Sauna and vapour bath very nice. Restaurant excellent. Very friendly staff. Great location in walking distance to Fuschlsee and hiking trails.

The TV: difficult to arrange programmes and volume through the remote control. Lack of variety of tea and coffee in the room. Very simple electric can.

Flies in the restaurant during our half board dinner!!!?

The location is perfect as it's only a few steps away from the Fuschlsee! The path to the lake was well-maintained. This is definitely the selling point and would be the reason to come back to the hotel.

The hotel has seen better days. It's getting old. The furnishings in the room is basic but clean and comfortable. The spa has also seen better days. They don't offer massages and treatments so the spa really consists of the pool, the sauna and the steam bath. The breakfast buffer was nice and the view from the terraces was beautiful. The restaurant at the front is ok; the food was ok too.

If you like to travel and not stay in the city—this is the place. We stayed in a room with king-size bed that also has a back door to green space. Multiple saunas were awesome. Excellent breakfast. Within 45 minutes of Hallstatt and Wolfgangsee.

Always a pleasure there!Food was even better than during our last stay.

Fantastic location to take a walk around lake Fuschl

Kitchen is closed after lunch and before dinner and you can only grab a coffee or buy something in the local store

Great location, excellent facilities, and choice of restaurants. The food was brilliant overall. The Fuchsbau is definitely a worthwhile treat! The room was clean and comfortable.

The paprika chicken in Cervus restaurant is not to the same standard as the rest of the menu. Also, there is an offer st rhe hotel that children can stay for free, therefore, lots of noisy, young children (and dogs) at the hotel.

Great lakeside location, good breakfast and GREAT indoor pool area. Great to have warm swim and be able to look out onto the snowy grounds.

The temperature of the bedrooms at night was unbearably hot. Asked reception for them to adjust but there wasn’t much difference. Had to open the window in the end. Also the ‘skip the cleaning’ option in the touch pad could be made reversible.

Exceptionally good hotel in a beautiful location. Everything was very clean, the spa/swimming pool facilities were perfect, and the bar-restaurant was fantastic. The staff was very friendly and willing to help us at all times, especially Diana that helped us with many recommendations during our breakfast. We would definitely recommend this place and would love to come back soon.

The hotel is clean and smells good, and the toilet/bathroom is well mentioned. The front desk was swift in checking us in and informing us about the time of spa area/ dinner.

The sortiment of food is so less for (halbpension)/buffet and also breakfast. The ambiance for dinner is like eating in fast food. The infrared cabin was not functioning.

Everything, Stuff, restaurant, bar, spa, all perfect!

The entry is eo welcoming. Wellness centre amazing. All staff were very friendly with Diana at breakfast exceptional tending all our needs and giving holiday tips.Loved the pretty setting and spacious room and loved the bar! My new favourite cocktail is White Cosmo made there. The view from breakfast room was spectacular.

Very poor wifi. Bad connectivity and limited options in breakfast. Restaurant had early closure.

The staff is extremely friendly, one of the few hotels where staff payed attention to every detail, spoke very nice and were very efficient. The room was very big, the breakfast good, the fried eggs were the best. And at the breakfast there was a lady serving us that was amazing, very polite and careful for our wellbeing at the table

The water at the pool was too cold. The beds in the room are two beds, not a big one and this created a little bit of discomfort while sleeping

Breakfast was very goodStaff was exceptional, the whole hotel was wonderful, and a great experience. Spa was calm and clean, the whole hotel was very clean at all times. The Bar and food in the Bar was very good quality and value for money.

Unable to think of anything negative/ that we didn't like.
