Clean. Super convenient to airport. Called and arranged a late check in. Bed is solid and comfortable

This was a very clean and comfortable hotel. The location was perfect for us. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was very good. Great value for the price.

I would have liked a coffee maker in the room, but that is asking a lot for this price point.

We stayed here for one night because we were stuck for over three hours in tunnel traffic between Italy and France, and needed somewhere to get some rest before continuing the journey.The 24-hour self check-in process was a bit strange and unclear at first — Booking.com should explain it better — but once we figured it out, it was actually very easy.The hotel itself is very average:•Bed: average comfort•Bathroom: average•TV in the room•Wi-Fi: terrible connection•Location: close to the airport, but in a rather odd spotOverall, just a functional place to sleep if you need to be near the airport, nothing more.

The room is small but clean and well maintained. The bed is ok.

I had to jump above the gate because I never got the code to open it. Apparently, this is a frequent problem. Others were complaining also in the lobby. But nothing is done to fix it. They say that you have to call the lobby but how does it work when it is outside of the opening hours ?

Practical hotel a 10 minute drive from st ex airport, clean and functional with a few restaurants nearby, we ate at the Carpe Diem which was great! Very happy with this find and i would stay again!

Excellent breakfast and very quiet room

The instructions to find the after hours check-in were not comprehensive enough.1st gate is difficult to identify as at night it is not clear it is a gate; it felt more like an entrance. It said by the traffic light, but it would be helpful to also say when turning into the compound from the main road.At the entrance to the hotel car park, it would be good to have a map to where to go for check in. This is only at the hotel door itself that was only reachable via a little gate at the back.Also the instructions said to wait for print, but it was not printing. You had to photograph the little screen. Also when the room number was displayed the car park entrance gate code was given; at any subsequent screens only the code for the room was given. Please alert future guests to the importance to note down the car park code immediately. The room code can be requested again.

Room was clean and comfortable but very small

Bar was not open at 8pm on a Saturday night when 6 nations rugby (France game) was on

Location is close to the airport, which was good for us, but it is a very industrial location. Bed was comfortable and breakfast was fantastic! Great that it also had free parking. Bath towels were nice and soft.staff were very pleasant and welcoming.

It is a very small room. Ok for one night. You can upgrade to a larger size room, but that is more money. There is no coffee machine, microwave or mini fridge, but there is a communal microwave and a machine in the lobby. There was also no hand towel in the room. Just bath towels and a floor towel for getting out of the shower. TIP: restaurants and grocery stores are closed on Sundays so plan accordingly.

No drink facilities in the room so not able to make a cup of coffee or tea which would have been appreciated

Convenient, quiet and clean

Bedroom with 3 beds was very small, barely room to walk around the beds.

The beds were different than the pics in booking, we insisted, hardly changed. We lost time discussing. At nights we needed to pass two gates with password while getting back to hotel, interesting area, no public transp. Towels not changed although we requested beforehand. Last day the coffee/tea machine didn't give beverage but debited our cards many times; we told the reception next day and they said it would be fixed, it took ten days, but prb solved.

Pics show separate beds in booking com but in the hotel one bed is in upper part of dbl bed like dorm, not suitable for old people with leg problems like us.

Clean bathroom, spacious room, everything that you need for a short stay before your flight.

The hotel was clean and comfortable and perfect for a stopover before our morning flight - quiet location, comfy beds and good breakfast - would definitely stay again if needed

Located in an industrial site and major road which was difficult to cross.

It’s a great stopover on long journeys, very friendly staff, nice and clean and comfortable. Good safe parking and best of all, dog friendly with areas around the hotel to walk the dog.

Very clean and comfortable hotel just 10 minutes away from the airport.
