Terrible customer service – Avoid at all costs!

I accidentally booked this hotel, mistakenly thinking it was located in or near Lyon, as I only needed a place to stay for one night before my flight. Being my first time in France, I reached out to Booking.com to help cancel the reservation once I realized my error. The hotel's response was shockingly rude. Instead of offering any assistance, they sent a condescending message saying, "Be thankful you booked with us, you'll only lose €45. If you had booked with another hotel, you'd lose more."As a first-time visitor, this experience was not only unprofessional but also incredibly off-putting. I would strongly advise against booking here, as their attitude toward customer service is dismissive and disrespectful. There are far better options that actually care about their guests.

The feeling of safety, nice location to go for a little evening walk

A bit noisy because of the planes and the flushing of toilets of the other guests. Unfortunately was the room also a bit dirty

Staff was nice, he even messaged about something we left behind.

Great location, very close to the airport. Host gave check in details nice and early, which made planning our day much easier. Great price. Lots of parking.

Property is a little bit tired, but excellent value for money.

Everything is very ergonomic. The small area fits a bed, a sink, a shower and even a refrigerator and a microwave oven.

Very amenable staff and a good price

No central heating just a fan heater and heated towel rail. Couldn’t close the curtains and room was too small for a double bed. It’s not close enough to the airport to be cost effective for an overnight stay

Breakfast was very rich for a very affordable price. Room was good and large enough especially for one person. The owners even offer an airport ride for 30 euro.

Ideal for low budget vacations, especially for families with many children, as it offers plenty of space upstairs. The essence of the French countryside it offers. Bathroom is ok. Free parking.

Needs refurbishment. Especially the beds. Although located far (about 20 km) away from Lyon, getting there by car offers an experience of the French countryside

Perfect location for a trip to the south of France. The interior needs renovation, but you can't expect much for this money.Very friendly service and great breakfast.

Dripping condensation from air conditioning.

The staff was excellent. They were so helpful and friendly. Their service exceeded all our expectations.I loved Felix.

The rooms are very small and not really for long stay, But we only had to stay one night and for us it was more than enough.

Everything you need was in room, spacious en-suite bathroom, air-con worked well great value.

It’s clean and comfortable. We go here every year. Perfect for the traveller, who needs a good sleep.

Would be good to have an electric kettle. Not important, but missing view to garden as noticed in booking

Stayed for the night as a family: two adults, two children plus a dog. We were settled in a quiet room with a terrace isolated from all noise. The room has a microwave and refrigerator. Dogs are welcome and there is private parking. Good place to stay overnight in the middle of the road.

For its price everything is fine. Would like an electric kettle.

Lovely town.The room was compact but had everything one could need.Bathroom had everything and apart from being outdated, it was clean.Breakfast was well worth the price.And I would stay there again.Guys, I don't know what some of you would expect for €28 but if it's 4 starthis is not for you. Go and pay €100 somewhere else.

Very good price/quality ratio. Very decent conditions for this price. Excelent for 1 night before the departure from Lyon Airport. Good and rich breakfast. Fast answers. Very clean, warm, good shower, comfy bed. Free parking next to the door.

A typical French auberge with very friendly staff, a comfortable bed, excellent bathroom and a very good breakfast. Only a couple of minutes walk to St. Quentin Fallavier station with an hourly train service into Lyon. Plenty of supermarkets and restaurants just a short drive away. Secure off-road parking.

While my room was comfortable, it was very basic and with the door opening to the outdoors. I did get the cheapest room, so maybe the others are a bit more luxurious.

There was nothing positive in this place. Everywhere was dirty and smell very, very bad. It was terribly. I didn't even stay there, because of the dirt and smell.

The place is terrible. Everything is sticky and dirty. The smell is so annoying that I even didn't stay at this place.

A good appartment for a family with two bedroom spaces and terrace area with table and chairs outside. Vey quiet part of the town (apart from the occasional aeroplane), and good secure parking area. We opted for the breakfast which was very good and laid out for us on our terrace.

The air conditioning unit was not able to cope with the summer heat.

Functional room. Clean and well equipped. Breakfast was great value
