The room was very nice and our view was beautiful. The breakfast provided was excellent and so was the dinner we had in the restaurant. Staff was very friendly and helpful.

Loved everything about our stay.

I traveled with my family, and they loved the place and the view. The restaurant has a great view of the lake, which makes it an amazing experience. The hotel also has free parking in front of it. Definitely recommended.

The view was stupendous!! This was the best part of staying here. We had a large balcony with chaise lounge which was nice for sun bathing. This was an apartment and had a lot of room. The bed was comfortable, the breakfast was about a 7.5. The shower was good. It had a full kitchen. The restaurant attached to the hotel was very good and had good service-very nice staff.

The maintenance seemed a little off. The hairdryer was clogged with lint, which I cleaned out. But the hair dryer had a short in the wiring, causing the dryer to work only if held a certain way, and heated up the wire. I wiped some water up on the floor and the paper towel was filthy, so the floor was not clean. The coffee maker was really nice, but it kept beeping like it was in need of servicing. The staff we met were nice, but you had to ring for service and we never saw anyone again until check out.

Some walking uphill from the train station is required, though a bus can help for some of the distance. Wasn't able to catch an Uber in Hergiswil.

Breathtaking views, clean, very nice staff

Beautiful location! Clean,comfortable and large 2 bedroom apartment. Breakfast was great!! And you could seat on the balcony overlooking the lake. The girl who set up breakfast was great and so helpful!!

Wish there was a bigger view of the lake.

The location is wonderful and the view is very beautiful.The staff are excellent and very friendly.The car parking is very nice.

The view and the location was top notch

The only point was that i travelled in a group of 3 adults so we had to share the room key or be dependent on the last person because the door was lockable only through the key. It’s a very small issue but the rest of the things were top notch for me.

The staff are great, the hotel is comphy, clean with all the necessities and the location is heavenly. To tip it, they have a great restaurant attached to the hotel.

Everything was great! Nice location, friendly staff, excellent breakfast, clean room (small, but very cosy), free parking, nice view of the Pilatus Mountain and Vierwaldstättersee…

No any dislike…

I loved everything, the only thing is maybe I wasn’t told that we are given a meal in the morning it’s not a buffet or food that is out for breakfast. I give them a a 10 they were very helpful. ??

We loved everything here: friendly staff, great location, beautiful and very clean room with superb views. Breakfast and dinner was delicious and plentiful. Easy walk from the hotel to Hergiswil station (uphill on return). Highly recommended.
