- The staff were non existent. There is no front desk so you cannot ask for the wifi or check out without having to track someone down. Felt like we were living in someone else’s house. The beds were rock solid and pillows were too soft which caused both of us to not have a good night sleep.

Great hotel just outside Triberg, great for Tourers, B500 Black Forest road.Staff are very friendly and nothing is too much trouble.Highly recommend Dinner and Breakfast, excellent quality.This hotel is a favourite with our group, our first visit was in 2014.
It was Quiet and spacious, food was good breakfast also good.Bedroom was clean and large, very nice and confortable

I found the staff very friendly and the room was very cosy and warm. The breakfast was a typical buffet of the black forest. The dinner menu was excellent
The food was rather overpriced for a hiker such as myself, the accommodation overall was a little on the pricy side too but would be great for a couples retreat.
Nice room decoration and layout, very comfy large double bed. Quiet location, beautiful scenery and small picturesque garden on the side. The breakfast was not something stellar but it was pretty decent.
Extremely big and clean room with nice beds and bathroom. Friendly staff.
Bit disappointing location at a noisy road (if you want to sleep with open windows). And a bit of a industrial environment (car dealer etc.). Hausach is also not very attractive, Haslach and Wolfach are much nicer.

Such a nice place with a very good restaurant and excellent breakfast. The location is very nice next to forests and hiking paths. I really enjoyed statying there!
