Pytloun Wellness Hotel Harrachov

We immediately liked the staff. Family feeling of friendliness, Kamila and Andrea from reception bonded quickly. My gf had a problem during the long travel and she needed fast wash of some of her clothes. The staff made it happen so that she left them items in the night and had it all clean and dry in the next morning. They also noticed I had my birthday at the day of arrival and left me iced prosecco at the room. Wow, very nice!

The walls and ceiling could welcome some sound proofing.

I liked staff, very polite and nice. Food was very good. Prices are reasonable. Overall I enjoyed my stay. Very good location.

There were some children and they were a bit noise at SPA but I understand that it has nothing to do with the hotel or management.

Nice pool. Nice breakfast. Nice staff. Received vouchers when we checked in for a drink in the bar.

Didn’t like the bed. It was creaky as it’s made from iron. You need to pay for parking. Never had this in a different hotel. Rooms are cleaned every three days or you’ll need to pay extra 8 euro to get it cleaned before.

Good facility, great breakfast and very nice staff

The hotel is located in quiet area with beautiful views on mountains. The children liked the kids area which is 2 floors and one of entrances is located in main restaurant area.The pool looks good but its quite small. The sauna is good, with 2 glass walls. We liked the sauna show with 3 different aromas and music.the breakfast is fine, we stayed 3 nights and its always the same. This is a little bit weird, because they definitely can cook different recipes even with same ingredients.We also liked the room (2 floors and 3 bedrooms) which gave privacy space for everybody. Good sound insulation, we didn't hear anyone or anything

the knowledge of English by stuff is poor. Some of them pretend that they understand you, but the actions after show that not))I asked to clean the room while we were absent, and 5 hours later nothing was done. The hotel has eco policy to clean the room once in 3 days. We had one cleaning after two requests, one change of towels and no refueling of water and mini bar.Shower have to be cleaned

We had an amazing experience in Pytloun Wellness Hotel. The Wellness was extraordinary, as well as the breakfast. The personnel was really friendly, especially Tomas from reception and Josef from the restaurant did extra efforts to make our stay perfect. Thanks!

The staff who checked us in was incredibly nice (I believe Kamila and Tom?) and we were offered a welcome drink, which was much appreciated. The room was also very nice and spacious with a nice view. The breakfast was great and the private wellness can also be recommended.

Unfortunately, the person who checked us out was rather rude. And although the room we stayed in was quite nice, it was rather old and would benefit from some renovations and repairs. Also, the whirlpool in the private wellness area would probably benefit from some more thorough cleaning. We could also see from our balcony that guests throw their cigarettes down their balconies, which does not seem to get cleaned up.

Staff was great. Receptionist Kamila was extremely friendly and helpful. Quite helpful that she knew Spanish.

Really close to the ski lift. Amazing view to the ski slope. Modern and cozy wellness area. But more to mention the cozy lounge area at the entrance.Breakfast was really great.

Our would require some maintenance or renovation. But was fine so far.

Literally, everything was perfect! Accommodation was beautiful and had an amazing view. Staff were all super nice and friendly, breakfast and dinner were delicious. And we even got a later checkout free of charge from the manager, so truly appreciated.

Since we were a group of girls, an extra mirror in the bedroom where daylight is would be appreciated, there was only a mirror in bathroom and hallway. But that is just a small point nothing like negative :D

This is a lovely hotel and it has recently gone through a refurbishment. The lobby/restaurant looks amazing and soo cosy. It is a proper mountain hotel and it has got a great vibe! Our hotel room was also really nice & clean with an amazing mountain view!! Breakfast was tasty and there was a lot to choose from, including vegan options! The spa is nice when it’s not overcrowded!!

Unfortunately the staff massively let this hotel down. Everyone apart from Tomas, who seems to be doing everything, was rude and not friendly. No one really seems to care or have any idea what customer service means which is a massive shame! None of the housekeepers speak Czech or English. There were many things we were really unhappy with. There is no proper reception or check-in system. It took an hour before we got our keys. When we asked what is going on, the girl we spoken to was rude and not willing to help. We also didn’t have any robes for the spa and when we asked we were told it will be delivered to our room shortly. After an hour we asked the same girl we had an issue with earlier who said that they haven’t got any, without any apology, and she offered some sheets - not great!! We had to walk across the hotel wrapped in sheets. The spa was extremely overcrowded which wasn’t pleasant but luckily we got it enjoyed it a little bit next day after breakfast. Dinner wasn’t amazing either for myself as a vegan. We have previously visited this hotel and I was served some amazing food, but the manager clearly changed and my vegan dinner was a disaster. Tomato soup, which was then used as a base on my pizza with some very tired looking rocket & olives & fruit salad as a dessert. Our hotel room was nice & clear but the carpets could do with an upgrade. Bathroom got really wet after every shower so some better cover on the bath would be welcomed! It is a shame that a lot has changed and unfortunately the staff needs to get some proper customer service training and they are letting the hotel down!!

The hotel is located in beautiful valley overlooking ski slopes. Hotel has a very cozy feeling, is family and pets friendly. We booked a private wellness and enjoyed outdoor jacuzzi with beautiful views as well as nice sauna. Lobby is quite modern and it was nice to relax with some drinks in front of the floating fireplace. Staff was really friendly and our receptionist Kamila was very helpful. Breakfast is included in the price and has a great selection. We also dined in their own restaurant and the food was delicious.

The staff is very nice, the room was pretty and the food is good as well. The hotel is nicely situated on the mountain and has great views all around. The hotel gives a luxurious feeling and provides all the comforts needed. The ski room is very neatly organised and well located.

The wellness part sometimes gets ruined by families, that change the wellness area into a kids playground. This can be fixed by either making the wellness for adults only or by setting a fixed time slot for families with kids.

The design of the public area is beautiful! Very cosy and welcoming, amazing view also from the room. The staff is ok, we specially had excellent service from Kamila and Nicola, they were so nice, helpful and had good English! They both made every effort to assist with everything and all with a smile and patience.Breakfast is excellent and so is the other dishes at the restaurant. Amazing Pizza.

The rooms a a little old fashioned but it was ok. The bath is tall and also when you take a shower the water is spread to the floor. Better change to shower and not bath. Other than that all was exaellent

The SPA was the only place that was relatively close to our expectations

Unfriendly staff that never smiles and speaks no English, slow service and unmaintained facilities. Food was always cold, and you can literally wait 30 minutes for a drink. Small smelly rooms aren't the place you wanna spend time at. This is not a 4 star hotel.

Beautiful dining hall and spa center with view on mountains. Very helpful staff (we really appreciated this). Small hotel, welcome drinks and snacks, interesting idea with deposit (you don't need to have money with you to pay for things). Playroom near the dining room also is a great idea.

Some things not thought out for children, e.g. sharp stone corners sticking out of countertops, a steep ladder entrance and a dangerous descent from a high floor in the play area.Poor playroom on 4th floor. Reception and the bar are not separated what is very confusing, there is also no sign "reception" there. Dirty glass windows/walls, which seem to be the biggest asset of this place.Rooms are quite old, need to be renovated, there are some old/broken things in, not closing door to the bathroom etc.
