Ski & Spa hotel BELLEVUE

Breakfast is fantastic, and the food at the restaurant is too. The sauna is excellent, and the view from it is excellent.

Cozy little hotel right on the ski slope. Nice breakfast, good dinner options. Amazing rainfall shower in the room. We didn't use the spa facilities. It's a long, steep climb back if you walk into town or hike to the waterfall. I imagine a good snow cover makes everything even more beautiful, although you'll need chains on your car to get near the hotel parking!

The selection for vegetarians were at the dinner selection very few and the menu did not change.Too less lying possibilities in the Wellness area.

Located just next to the ski slope and ski flying hill, you can even see the slope while sitting in the sauna and the hill while eating breakfast (delicious, by the way). The interior is very pretty. And the people working there were all so kind and helpful!

In the winter it might be hard for some people to climb the ski slope to get to the hotel.

I recently spent an unforgettable five days, from February 3rd to February 8th, 2024, at the Ski & Spa Hotel Bellevue in Harrachov, and it was nothing short of incredible. Nestled directly on the ski slope, the hotel offers unbeatable ski-in, ski-out convenience, making my skiing experience seamless and delightful.From the moment I arrived, I was taken aback by the level of hospitality and professionalism exhibited by every member of the staff. The hotel management, the kitchen crew, housekeeping, and every single employee went above and beyond to make my stay feel like a home away from home. Elizabeth, the front desk manager, stood out with her helpfulness, ensuring that every aspect of my stay was perfect.The dining experience was particularly remarkable, thanks to Michael and Josef, who looked after us during breakfast and dinner with exceptional care and attentiveness. Their service greatly enhanced our meals, making each dining experience enjoyable.The culinary delights, prepared by kitchen staff Tonda and Nikola, were absolutely delicious. I made it a point to try everything on the menu, and each dish was a culinary masterpiece that added to the overall excellence of my stay.The ambiance of the hotel is one of warmth and genuine care. It’s evident that the staff doesn’t just perform their duties out of obligation; they truly care about the guests' experience. The housekeeping, maintenance, and all other staff members were incredibly friendly and visibly passionate about their work. Their happiness and willingness to assist at any time added a special touch to my stay, making it evident that they aim to leave a lasting impression on their guests, not because they are instructed to, but from the heart.The hotel’s unique charm, coupled with its strategic location on the ski slope, its remarkable staff, and the exquisite culinary offerings, made my stay an experience I will cherish forever.

Amazing food, Comfortable bed, everything was really clean and the staff is just wonderful. Everyone was so nice and we truly enjoyed our stay.

Airco would be nice. The standard rooms are rather small and on second floor with stairs only. I would recommend to take a larger room with balcony.

Beautiful stylish place with modern, nicely equiped and super clean rooms. Also a fantastic wellness area with a panoramic sauna.

Adding to the already existing comments - the parking is a little less than optimal, basically leaving the car on the landing area of the ski jumping hill.

Check carefully before choosing.

The room was badly tight with no place for any table to use a laptop, or even to do anything different than lying on the bed or hiding in the corner. No wardrobe for clothes, only 3 small drawers. Being unabled to sit in the room I went to the restaurant, but here huge surprise – it is allowed to smoke e-cigarettes inside the restaurant for hotel crew and guests. Being a non-smoker, or coming with children, one needs to leave the hotel to avoid lying on the bed only or being exposed to toxic and stinky fumes. On booking services the hotel declares that it is smoke-free property but when hotel crew asked why smoking e-cigarettes is allowed say, that this doesn’t hurt, as if it’d be up to them, whether toxic and smelly fumes exhaled by other people, in closed room, will hurt you or not. No point in going to the restaurant for a drink or food because one won’t be able to enjoy its taste, nor even breath freely with regular air. Jailed in tight room I looked in the minibar and found disposable glass bottle (5cl) with alcohol not sealed originally. The crew was explaining that maybe someone before me had tried it and left. But what the hell? They declare 4 stars. Don’t they check what is in minibar before guest arrive? Maybe someone has drunk it and poured something bad back? Or maybe it is regularly refilled? Either way I didn’t dare to try. The hotel is just to an old ski jump infrastructure which is out of order for almost 10 years and gets ruined. No attractions around the hotel, the area looks abandoned, no lights around, so in the evening there is full dark, so non-smokers are sentenced to stay in tight room or get into the car and leave somewhere else. There are steel structures of ski lifts just close to the object and in front of windows, working there and back also in the summer. I didn’t like it, but I admit, didn’t check location deep enough before choosing this facility. Be aware of these disadvantages and check carefully before choosing.

Location, excellent restaurant and super friendly staff

The staff helped me clear up and issue with a repair shop and offered help beyond the time of our stay so I can get my car back safely. Service here is great beyond comprehension!

The sauna wasn’t really private because it had see-through glass and our room was on ground level, so every now and then there were people directly in front of our window. Especially during the night this destroyed the feeling of privacy.

Very nice hotel, friendly staff and beutiful location. The room was very good, everyone had a normal bed (4). It is small and cost and breakfast was great too. We were in summertime, I hope to come back again.

It was strange to find coffee capsules in the fridge - you have to pay for this.It was no tee in the room - you have to order in the bar.Parking place very dark, with no lighting, you leave a car like on a field.Very long and tyring road to drive to this place.
