Wellness Hotel Svornost

It was clean ,very nice ,the room was perfect.

It was to hot in the room ,it was a central heading and for sleeping was to hot. In the Bar were not enough Staff we were waiting 30 min for 2 drinks.

I like renovated hotel room and swimming pool. Excellent was dinner and breakfast, with very friendly staff. Good location.

Pity, that fitness room is very small and not good equipped.

Perfekt location, good breakfest

Due to the children play facility the room 101 was very noisy up to 10 p.m.According to my feeling the rooms did not meet the 4* levelTherefore the room price was quite high for Czech conditions

If you need an extra bed for a 3-person room (3 bedroom apartments were sold out), they don’t offer adult sized beds (only children sizes).

SPA- its not worth it , 400 kc per person- but you have only sauna access, no jacuzzi or small swimming pool in sauna area inside, 2 sauna’s - the difference is in temperature only, 1 swimmingpool with a cold water

Great new superior rooms (bathrooms a bit tiny as expected), wellness and pool, facilities for kids, ski rental, and great breakfast options. Recommend fully.

The room was fairly spacious and pleasantly designed, it was also quiet and pleasantly warm (in fact almost too warm at times, but that can be solved by opening the window). Some of the staff were very friendly and hard-working. "Vlad'ka" who serves in the restaurant deserves a special mention for friendliness. The food in the restaurant was tasty and very good value.

The bathroom was tiny (though somehow more or less functional). Some of the staff in the reception were not very friendly. In general, the foreign language skills of the staff are less strong than one would expect in a hotel. Apart from Czech, many speak Polish and German, but English was not self-evident. The sauna space (one has to pay extra), was quite pleasant except that the shower area, though clean as such, and the sauna next to it (there are two saunas) stank from the water sewerage system. A small but annoying thing is also that there is no place anywhere near the showers to hang one's towel when showering. For those skiing, one minus is that there is now common warm space where one may leave wet skiing equipment to dry (there is a ski room, but it is not warm and it is not clean).

Very nice location, Harachov is really impressive place and the Hotel Svornost is part of it, kind of nearby to the main road, but at the same time in the woods little separated from all the busy places. Very good parking, the Hotel looks nice from the outside and interior looks modern and well thought. Rooms on the other hand are very basic, although very functional too - it would be helpful to share photo of standard room in the gallery to set right expectations. Bathroom is good example, simple, yet clean and functional ( water pressure etc. .. it just works ). Good heating. Very friendly staff. Solid breakfast, not stellar, but nice.

Some elements in the room are way too old like doors with glass creating cheap impression. We did not mind simplicity, but it felt the rooms did not fit rest of the hotel. Pillow was little too thin, we don't like high pillows, would be nice to strike something in between. Blankets are too small, I am 185ish and this was way too small for me. Dinner buffet style package was very average - next time we would only book accommodation with breakfast and took care of dinners in their regular restaurant in hope to have some nice meal or we would arrange dinners elsewhere.

We would have expected lower price and some extras (e.g. free night, dinner, etc) compensating impact of infinite reconstruction works.

I love staff at the hotel. Majority is very friendly, open minded and really listens what customer is saying.

Hotel in a great location. Not too close to the main road so the room is very quiet. Breakfast was great, like nothing special, just standard level. Nice and helpful staff (except Spa).Two bottles of water in the room.

Bed could be better, and pillow too slim.

It was such lovely time. We really liked the pool and the room. The beds were super comfy. And we really liked the breakfasts! We came with our little one and there was a really friendly monster walking around greeting kids.

There was just one waitress that forgot about our order and when we asked about our order she was really unpleasant. Well but those things may happen, just a bad day :)

The location was great. The swimming pool was nice (though a bit slippery) l.My 6 year old really enjoyed the animations and plays room and game room. The outdoor playground was unfortunate ly close.

The restaurant (a la carte was not great). I ordered a beef cheeseburger burger and instead of beef and cheese, I got bacon and cheese. The quality was low. It looked and tasted like a ready made burger. My husband had the deer goulash The goulash itself was good but the dumplings were dry. At the breakfast buffet, the waiters were in such a hurry to take away the plates that they took my mother's glass of water even before she was done.
