Awesome location in the mountains with a 3 km hike to the top of the ski jump out your door!

Good location, a lot of facilities, delicious breakfast, spacious room

Sauna requires booking in advance, there is no information about it, like shared on the website, whatsoever. Should be booked in advance. Shared showers are ok but not if separated only with one door from the shared space.

Well located. Friendly staff. I could use the parking and the common showers after the check-out.

No fridge, even the smallest. No access to the internet in the rooms.

Location is Great. Could watch ski jumping from our window. Enjoyed the wellness facilities as well.

Beds are really not comfortable at all. We had something like big holes in mattreses. Pillows also really bad.

The hotel is spacious and nicely decorated. It is situated very close to the ski area. But the most precious is the attitude of the personal, the people who work there are exceptionally cheerful and professional. The food is tasty, and the whole atmosphere is very positive.

Everything was perfect, the location, the rooms, the meals.

Only the Wi-Fi access could be improved. In the last rooms, far from the lobby, there is no signal.

A bit of a tired building and a bit soul-less but the buffet dinner was great and the staff friendly.

It is an older hotel, but it was cheap, clean, has everything u needs and the staff was good.

I always stay there when i visit Harachov:- very friendly receptionists,- very nice big rooms, - exceptional location just behind famous ski jumping hills in Harrachov,- place is very easy to find,- very very clean,- great price for the accommodation with breakfast,- great breakfast - with the price included it is unbeatable,- nice bathrooms- comfortable beds

Hotel is located very close to the bus station, restaurants and shops. It is a great starting point for exploration around Harrachov. It features a lot of inside facilities, e.g. a lock place for bicycles and also any table tenis or billard rooms. Staff speaks English very well. Breakfast is great.

No Wi-Fi connection inside the room.

Very attractive price. Included breakfast (which was basic, but ok). Dogs are accepted (extra fee ~250 CZK). Good location on way up to waterfalls.

Bathroom and toilet is outside - in the corridor. Group showers (no private shower).

The lady at the reception was incredibly friendly. She also made sure we got our breakfast to-go, since we had to leave super early. We liked spacy rooms and very clean shared bathrooms. The hotel is few minutes walk away from the bus station.

The hotel was as expected. It's a bit outdated and rooms have very basic equipment. For me, the biggest issue was absolutely no shades on windows whatsoever, which makes the sleep difficult if you prefer to sleep in the dark and light wakes you up.

Staff was super kind and helpful. Good breakfasts and dinners, convenient parking, additional facilities (kids playroom, bollard tables, darts etc.) Very well located. The hotel has it's genuine atmosphere.
