The breakfast and dinner were a solid performance, good food and nothing too complicated, good wine selection. Young staff are very eager and spontaneous (a bit a contrast with the person we suspected of being the owner). Overall a really nice place to stay in this wonderful area.

- Our room had a bit a problem with some wasps and flies but this was nothing serious. The pool in the souterrain was advertised as a Tuscan 30C pool but the water temperature was more like 20C. Other small remarks are probably more a matter of taste.

Very friendly and super-attentive staff, who at times (breakfast, dinner) seem to read what wishes are on your mind. Excellent - daily changing - dinner menu, which we very much enjoyed. The ambience was very inclusive and friendly with all guests greeting each other, giving a family feeling. We'll be back!

We stayed in a suite in the annex, a building two houses down from the main hotel. The suite was very large and comfortable and had an amazing view. The suite was quiet and comfortably furnished and the bathroom was modern and everything was very clean.
The food in the restaurant was mediocre, certainly for the price. The seating options very very limited and twice we were assigned a table next to the entrance to the kitchen, even though we asked in advance for a different table. The staff was polite but in a perfunctory way.

Staff does not wear mask at all times- they find it “too warm”Having asked to put the sauna in they forgot. After pointing that out ( and we had to wait 45 minutes for it to get warm), there was no apology of any kind.
