- The hotel is to the south of the center of town but only a 5 minute flat walk to the restaurants, shopping, skating rink, etc. Exceptionally clean and well maintained. The Panorama Room was very quiet and spacious, with a great view. The breakfast was varied. The mezzanine lounge was a great place for a drink or to read a book. Both restaurants were excellent quality with very attentive and professional staff. The lobby bar was cozy.
- Clean, friendly staff, great breakfast
Cons -
- Heat wave in Switzerland and all of Europe and NO AIR-CONDITIONINGUNBEARABLY HOTFANS THAT THE HOTEL OFFERED WERE OF POOR QUALITY AND OFFERED NO TELIEF
- The spa hours were limited and required an intercom to enter. The rooms do not have a key card but an antiquated key system. Although, the breakfast buffet was excellent quality, it didn't vary for the whole week. Odd stair configuration with many tripping hazards. The kids' play area in the basement looked like an afterthought.
- 2 issues : The hotel has a ski room but it doesn’t have a system to warm and dry overnight your ski boots ; meaning I had to ski every day with wet ski boots - really unpleasant and lately , all the hotels we went had this warming system .The other problem was the temperature in the hotel : an idea to chilly . It would have been really nice if it was a little bit warmer .

Clean, friendly staff, great breakfast
The hotel is big but cosy . has its own parking garage (with extra charge) , the staff is friendly and really helpful , we can’t think of something they didn’t handle .The location was perfect for us , center of Gstaad is just around the corner .

The staff were wonderful and helpful. The breakfast was amazing and the bar was a lot of fun!
Hotel is very well located, near the Gstaad market. Staff was very friendly and supportive. Excellent breakfast.
A Gym could have added a feather in the cap.
Our room had a balcony with a beautiful view we enjoyed each night. Room was clean and beds comfortable. Hotel desk staff was extremely helpful regarding recommendations for travel to via bus and viewing Glacier 3000. They even checked the weather radar and told us what time to go and what to expect on our partly cloudy day. They were spot on and that adventure was a phenomenal experience. We did visit the bar and once again met welcoming and very friendly staff. Exceptional stay!
- Central and beds are firm. Decoration is nice a looks new. - Very good breakfast
- Not possible to take « demi-pension » for one night, it needs to be for all evenings of the stay which is a non sense for people travelling and visiting the region. - No fitness room
The staff was super kind and friendly. The room is big enough and very clean. The perking very comfortable
Was impossible to close the bathroom door for how it has been built. Plus the door is in glass. See pic
Wonderful location in the heart of Gstaad. Nice restaurant and nice rooms.
Arrived at 4 pm and room was not ready before 5:30. Nice staff but they did not think for was unusual.
Room nicely furnished. Excellent bread and cheese for breakfast. Very friendly staff.
Wonderful hotel. The restaurant and bar staff were personable and kind. The hotel is in a great location, just a 6-minute walk from town, and features a beautiful, peaceful garden. I also appreciated the complimentary pick-up and drop-off service from the railway station. Very clean rooms. I would definitely recommend this hotel.
Nothing major-1. Lack of individual AC or heating controls in the rooms was a bit of a downside. 2. At check-in some guests were offered a welcome drink, - we were not.
Nice room, good breakfast and restaurant , excellent position in Gtsaad.
Excellent bar staff and cleaning team!
Receptionist at our check in could do with additional training to avoid confusion with the rooms allocated. Also hotel restaurant was closed for a special event.
Comfortable room. Excellent choice of food and drinks at breakfast and top quality service. Great location ... transfer to the station much appreciated.
A short answer here ... there was nothing I didn't like ... in other words I liked everything !
The hotel offered a decent breakfast but that's about the only strong positive I can provide.
Some of the front desk staff (particularly the lady who checked us in) were very unfriendly. The room was small and very basic.
Great location, modern fixtures.
The smells from the bathroom next door were coming in.Even with a 'Panaroma' room on a 300 room, the views were blocked by other homes, so ask for a higher floor room to get a good view
super clean, good location, safe covered parking option (additional 13fr), and good breakfast spread. There is also a kids room on the ground floor and the spa access was a nice addition (although we didn’t get to use it).
The room was smaller than expected. We booked a “Junior Suite Alpine” - but the room given to us did not have a L-shaped sofa nor a dining table. For the price, we were expecting a coffee machine in the Suite but there wasn’t any (just a kettle and some Nescafé sticks).
Nice room for 3 (plus a dog), with a mezzanine and a good view on the village and the mountains. Nice sauna, small hamam, coin-operated jacuzzi. The restaurant is quite good, excellent soufflé for dessert.
No cooked breakfast (except boiled eggs).
