Nice location and very close to the station.

Our Room was very dark even after opening the curtains due to another building next to us.

Staff members were good , location is excellent

Need to improve the ( breakfast ) items like the other Hotel , not too many selection you can choose from, every year the same items.

Location was great. Staff was super friendly and helpful. My favorite was the kitten napkins and placemats at breakfast. Olga in the restaurant was very friendly.

The cleanness

Bed mattress was super hard. It’s impossible to sleep if you have a back issue.15min too late check out was charged with a 80CHF fee.It’s definitely not worth the money. Rather pay more to have better comfort.

Ski room is super dated and small, the culinary "excellence" of the Chinese restaurant was tuned down to an European Chinese average meal

Excellent location, right next to train station and city center. It also has a parking in case you go by car. The staff is amazing: welcoming and ready to help for every question.I really liked the Hotel restaurant and their staff. It is better to book if you want to have dinner during the weekend. We did not book for Saturday and they were kind enough to accomodate us, but I realized that it is much better to plan ahead for that.We stayed in a suite, it was very confortable. They offer complementary coffee and water. The view from the balcony was beautiful.

We stayed in a chalet suite. İt was newly decorated and the room was very big. The restaurants at the hotel were very nice.

Hotel have no gym facility

The wellness, spa and pool were wonderful, especially especially after a very hot day.

The rooms are hot with no circulation, even if you open the door and the window and there is no mini fridge or luggage rack. The breakfast was meager.

The staff were kind and helpful. The hotel location was convenient as it was next to the station. The room was quiet.

The room was clean and bed was ok, but the pillows were not comfortable and there was no coffee nor tea nor fridge.

The location is outstanding. The staff in the restaurants are very friendly and attentive. The food in Pizza Basta was also very good. Appreciated the parking.

The staff at the reception was unenthusastic, we always felt like we were bothering them (and we didn't contact them other than the basics). There should be a hotel bar. The breakfast was disappointing, there should be fresh fruit. The room was hot even after having the window open three nights.

Poor value for moneyThe spa is small and the light is too bright. There is no tea, no water, no snacks…no vibe at all.In the room there is no shampoo nor conditioner (for a 4* hotel this is quite unacceptable)

Super convenient location near the train station and close to all of the shops and restaurants. The staff are genuinely kind and sincere. We slept well every night and the breakfast is excellent and even included scrambled eggs. The early check-in and later checkout to accommodate our train schedule was also very nice and unexpected.

The plugs sparked when I plugged in. The room had a deodorizer that perhaps was not natural? I was allergic and had to remove to the outdoors.
