It was very hot weather - fans in rooms on top floor would be a good idea.

The uniqueness of the hotel, as well as the friendly staff made our short stay very comfortable. Having breakfast in the morning was perfect.

Really nice location, if your room has the balcony view the views of the mountains at sunset/ sunrise is amazing.

It is located next to a Church which has the bell ring so if that's not what you can tolerate then this shouldn't be the place you stay at, otherwise the staff and hotel is very friendly with a good breakfast available.

the bathroom venation not working i notified the stuff but didn't solve the problem bad point for them .

I recommend this place because it is very clean, in a chill area, small village right at the border between Austria ?? and Germany ??.Spectaculos surroundings, great view ?from the balcony.Close to an Italian restaurant and bus station.Breakfast is diverse. You can choose from a large variety of fruits, vegetables, yougurt, cereals, selection of cheese ? and meats. There is a magical therasy, perfect for enjoying your ☕️.

The view from the hotel was superb. The staff were helpful. The room was very big and clean. They allowed my dog in the restaurant

Because I had a dog with me, they removed the carpet in the room. As toiletries we had only soap and shower gel

Nice and friendly family hotel. We enjoyed the breakfast and dinner at the hotel.

Room was excessively hot under the roof in the summer. The window was high and too small to cool off the space. An air fan could be provided. The shower was very small in respect to the size of the room.

Quiet , very clean place, close to Salzburg. View from the window to the mountains was beautiful. Helpful staff. Restaurant food for breakfast and dinner was very good.

The rooms and the building were quite old. We got a small room on the rooftop (it was not mentioned in the booking). There was no fridge in the room. There was a lot of bees all the time on the restaurant garden, it was very difficult to stay outside.

The location is excellent the mountain view is gorgeous.

The breakfast could be much better. The bed is not very comfortable. It should be smoking forbidden in the whole hotel area. There was another guest who smoked in the balcony of his room and we get all the smoke in our room because we had to keep the balcony door open. (there is no air conditioning in the room not even a fan)

Perfect location for hiking Bertesgardener Land, clean, big sized room with cosy atmosphere and comfy bed, little balcony with view onto the mountains. Great big TV and streaming services (we could watch the Euro 2024 finale!) The restaurant food in the evening was amazing! Had ragout with Spätzle and Kaiserschmarrn, sooooo good!! Slept like babies after hiking. Would recommend anytime!

It's just amazing hotel in amazing place. We spent there 3 calm and happy days. From our room was stunning view to the mountain. Nearby (we had auto) is Salzburg and Bayern. The breakfast was also very good. With pleasure we will return to this hotel.

I think the bathroom is a little bit old looking, but we have'nt problems with it.

The hotel building is a little out of date.Wifi quality is not stable

The location is surrounded by mountain and a beautiful view from the room and terrace. The room was large and the beds were very comfortable. The breakfast was really good and staff friendly. The parking was free and there was lots of areas to walk my dog. I would absolutely come back here again for a quiet and beautiful stay.

Hotel staff was limited if you needed anything but the hotel had everything you needed
