Campanile Hotel Chantilly

Convenient for a night stop.

Rooms need refurbishing, some woodlouses found wandering in the bathroom! Asked for an ironing board and was sent walking to the Kyriad, across the carwash.

Good location. Clean rooms. Nice breakfast

Alexandra the reception was the most unhelpful person I ever meet, rude, not a single smile, in this type of job you need customer service she has none, not just to use but a couple came in while we in reception, said do you speck German, the she said bluntly NO, they left, in our room the water pipe started leaking at 22.30 so I went down to change rooms as floor was getting wet all in the room, was told to go to a different room was is an upgrade, for inconvenience, all I can say is IT WAS NOT

There was a great bakery about 40 yards away. We had breakfast there. there is an adjacent grocery to the bakery that was quite nice and useful.

The personnel was very friendly and positive. The location was OK for my purpose.

The shades on the window were broken. I stayed in the dark with no sun -light. Bathroom cleanliness could be better (there was a dead cockroach in the bath).

Friendly staff. The bed was comfortable. Safe location within close proximity to Carrefour market. Updated bathroom. Hosts kept our luggage while we visited Chateau Chantilly.

I was not given wifi, despite having this on my order. I travelled for work.....but couldn't do any work which did not go down well with my team.The curtains were so thin and not even any privacy, light came in and didn't work.Towels were tiny and not big enough for adult, especially when the curtains were poor. In addition the light outside the window was on all nightThe sink drain stankThe lights were poor and did not light up the bedroom

The room was good in size and it looked clean with facilities met the expectation

The rooms are in a different building from the reception. It feels isolated and no security. When I arrived, it was dark and no corridor lights, which made me uneasy. In addition, the curtains are too transparent, and people passing by can easily see it through.

We booked the hotel because it had a rastaurant and the restaurant was closed which was not mentioned on the website or when we made the reservation!

Super friendly staff always there to help. I highly recommend .

Room is a little small. You can hear everything that is happening outside.

The castle is near by car. There is nice restaurant 3 minutes by car. Near there is a good shop and a nice bakery. That all what is good in there!

We used to visit the original motel style out of town Campaniles with our children when driving through France on route to a holiday destination. This was well over 20 years ago. This time we were on our own and this was one of the original Campaniles. We enjoyed our stay and the staff were great- yes the place needs a bit of work to bring it up to scratch and it might not be worth it but we were expecting that. The stay brought back great memories for us.

Not the hotels fault but the choice of eating near the hotel was very limited - an issue with Chantilly - as the Campanile restaurant was closed the evening we stayed.

Nice clean room, with good decor.Breakfast was nice, good selection of items on offer.

The room had virtually no insulation from the adjacent rooms or the outside environment. It is surrounded by jet car washes that are a constant intrusion, late into the evening and early morning.
