- Location was nice and staff were friendly
- not a lot
- The hotel is good, but it is better suited to holiday than business trips. If you like the countryside in the summer, it is wonderful here. For people who love horses, here is paradise.
Cons -
- Despite being an expensive hotel which appears exclusive on the website, we found upon arrival that it also hosts external events like weddings in a large part of it. It was very hot outside and we were really looking forward to having a swim in the outside pool, but found that it was full of people from the event and there were no sunloungers left. By the time there was enough space for us to swim (nearly 7 pm), the poolside was full of empty glasses and discarded towels. This was not the experience we paid for.
- lady bugs all over my rooma shower which was so small to enter, lucky i could get inno elevator
- The building is old, and some things cannot be changed, but others can be improved.

Historic chateau, elegant, great customer service. Large room ,great views, quiet countryside.Fabulous restaurant onsite, we had a birthday dinner there for my wife, the food was fabulous.Great place to have a couple drinks in the evening and look at the pastoral scene of lawns and architecture.
No real complaints. They did advertise a trail around the property, but that was not kept up very well, there were downed branches and it was not very clearly marked.
A beautiful property in a quiet area. The bed and linens were very comfortable. Our meals at both the bar restaurant and breakfast were fantastic. Bathrobes and slippers were provided.
The decor in some of the areas of the chateau was not as cohesive and they did not serve any specialty coffee at breakfast (only nespresso pods).

Amazing location and facilities
Our room was obviously an accessible one.Unfortunately, this meant that the the shower was designed for the less able and set at a low height. The only way to use it was to hold it in one hand while standing or to sit and shower. This however did not detract from our stay and was only a minor issue.
Beautiful setting on the north side of Paris. Easy access to CDG. Rooms are comfortable and the staff was very welcoming. Dinner on the terrace was delightful.
We were there on one of the hottest days of the year so the pool was a welcome amenity. Unfortunately, the AC units in the room cannot compete with those temperatures. The staff did provide a fan which made made the night bearable.
Lovely location
No lift . Carrying heavy bags up the stairs was a challenge
The location was convenient to Chateau Chantilly as well as to CDG airport while still being in the relaxful contryside.
Stairs to rooms may be difficult for seniors and, or handicap guests.
The standout feature of this place was definitely the friendly and helpful staff. The reception team was incredibly welcoming and assisted us with getting around, while the bar staff worked tirelessly. Despite being clearly understaffed—just two people managing everything on a busy public holiday—they did their absolute best to serve everyone with drinks and dinner. The restaurant offered high-quality, delicious food that really impressed us.The building itself has a lot of charm, and the garden is spacious, beautiful, and wonderfully peaceful.
The building does feel a bit outdated and could use some touch-ups here and there. Unfortunately, our bed wasn’t very comfortable—it was quite firm and small, and the pillows were also on the smaller side. While the restaurant served tasty food, it felt somewhat overpriced. And for a four-star hotel, it was a bit disappointing that they had run out of several menu items on Easter Sunday
all was good except for the fact that after booking i was notified that a wedding party was being held till 3 am in the morning.
after booking and an route the location informed me that a wedding party was beeing held until 3 am in the morning.I could not change my booking and was forced to accept. this was not proffessional and instead of being well rested for the remainder of my trip i had a very bad night.
We were staying in a room with 2 kids and they left stickers on the floor ,the gift from the Baptism party that we had in the castle (they were not sticked somewhere, just needed a bit more work with a broom ). After check out, the manager wanted to charge us 50 euro more for extra cleaning, which was extremely unfair and irrational. We are working in tourism as well, and this was not the case of this extra charge. We refused to pay , but the manager charged this money from our friends who had done the Baptism organization. We lost almost 30 min discussing this situation with the manager, but she was extremely unprofessional with her arguments. Shame on her. Ps we carried as well a baby cot to the 3rd floor by ourselves and no one helped us unfortunately.
Was an enjoyable quiet stay, not a lot to do, it was the perfect unwind to the end of a Europe vacation. English was a little hard we were not in a usual tourist spot, we appreciate the staff for their efforts. We are in France! Our room was clean and comfortable the chateau is beautiful.
We were in France and not in a regular tourist spot so reading menu was a bit difficult most staff did have some english and did try very hard and we appreciated their effort sometimes we felt a little bit of attitude but maybe that it just a culture thing?
This was a very comfortable place to stay with easy parking and good grounds to walk in. The bed was extremely comfortable and the room was peaceful. The breakfast was superb with a vast range of choice and some absolutely delicious food in a beautiful room.
We felt that charging 35 Euros for our small dog to stay too, was excessive. Had we seen this charge in advance, we would probably not have made the booking. The charge of 28 Euros each for a hamburger as part of the bar menu, also seemed a lot - a shame, as this otherwise a good place to stay.
Wonderful charming hotel very good food and wine
My dog wasn’t allowed anywhere so I had to eat dinner outside and skip breakfast . Very expensive food .
The 1st morning there was no buffet- given a menu and told I couldn't have an omelette. The choice of food in the Bain Marie was also cold. The 2nd day there was a large selection at the buffet which was much more enjoyable
Sorry put it in above column Did you enjoy the use of push bikes
Beautiful hotel and surroundings.Food choice in the bar is very good also.
The hotel accommodates pets, but there are now indoor/undercover facilities where you can have a drink with your pet. You can sit on the terrace, which is fine in the summer but no hood for the colder months. Also no breakfast tea in room.
Beautiful setting.
3 weddings on Saturday night, meant we didn't get much sleep. It was very noisy.
Spectacular location, lovely staff, comfortable room with air con
