• awesome short stay for freerider
• Ideal location for exploring the surrounding area, situated in a small village just above Innsbruck, with a regular bus service nearby. Very quiet hotel. Room very comfortable, with a balcony to admire the mountain views. Breakfast and reception was in the nearby sister hotel. Breakfast was very good and plentiful with lots of choice. The staff were all very friendly and helpful. The included Innsbruck card with special offers was a bonus. This was a return visit and we hope to be back again in the future.

Cons -

• No one to check-in at the hotel. Told the hotel I was allergic to mould beforehand and the room received on arrival was one of the recently refurbed rooms but it was in another building area to the main hotel. Rooms were not great even though refurbed. I could not stay in this building due to mould and had to leave. Could not contact any hotel staff member until 5pm where they offered me another room in the hotel after waiting for 5 hours. Unfortunately had the same experience and reaction so had to find alternative accommodation. The hotel then only offered a 50% refund so ended up paying hundreds to not even stay in the hotel. Have still to even receive the partial refund.!
