Hotel Kapri

The hotel is great if your look for good value for money It has a nice restaurant where you can have lunch / dinner for a very affordable price. They also serve typical Albanian food which was much appreciated by us.We had to cancel our staying due to some issues with the water heater and they refunded us the entire price for the cancelled nights with no impediments.

Breakfast is pretty basic, they serve you only 1 dish with no options to chose.There is no fresh fruit and you have to pay for the coffee.People smoke in the restaurant that this is something we EU citizens don't expect anymore.

Good location near the sea, just above the restaurant. Basic , but clean place with room cleaner coming every day to change the towels and tide the room. Good value for the money

No place to dry the towels or clothes, even though there was a terrace. Sometimes the absence of hot water, but resolved fast

My room was spacious and I had a nice balcony

The breakfast wasn’t great I think I will remember it so much. The options were so limited and I don’t think the bread was ever fresh.My room really hadn’t been cleaned properly there were cobwebs everywhere.

We recently stayed at this hotel and were very impressed! From the very entrance, you can feel the attention to detail and care for the guests. The staff was very friendly and ready to help in any situation, which immediately set you up for a rest. The room turned out to be even better than in the photo – clean, cozy and with all the amenities you need for a comfortable stay. We were especially pleasantly surprised by the delicious breakfasts with a variety of dishes, where everyone will find something to taste. Special thanks for the excellent Wi-Fi and convenient location – it is convenient to get to all the main attractions from the hotel. We spent wonderful days here and will definitely come back again. Thank you for the warm welcome and high level of service!

Personel was welcoming, good breakfast and restaurant. Had a balcony.

We were staying 3 persons in one room, we would liked to have several door keys, we had only one.Swimming pool was green, looked like has not cleaned for long time.The stay would be more pleasant if in the room there would be possibility to have hot water and coffee and few tea bags.

Good dinner, clear room

The were no clear information that pool will be closed in October already. Bad breakfast! It supposed to be the buffet, but we just get something from the kitchen. And most important - this was my first kind of experience that at breakfast they ask to pay extra for the coffee!

The location and the personnel were just super. Super friendly. The restaurant was price friendly and very good.

One small minus, there was often due to so many people no warm water to shower.

Great staff who were very attentive. I had great food at the restaurant. They were always happy to give recommendations for things to do. I would go back.

Checkout was a little early however this was extended by the staff members who were on duty.

Facilities, linen, and playground are present, close to the sea with the private beach.

The playground is highly unsafe for children. A washing machine is not commonly available for the guests, and if asked, then overpriced.

Staff were great. Eager to please and very helpful.Cleaners were constantly on the move, making sure all floors were kept clean.

Food was a bit hit and miss.Breakfast repetitive. Meals on offer were very similar to all other surrounding establishments.

Excellent breakfast

Dust, empty bottles and waste under the bed, expensive dinners and small portions

very close to the beach (there should be private sun beds - however we have not found them), ok pool and ok breakfast.

it is definitely not 4 star hotel so do not get your expectations high. The service was non-existing, we did not feel welcome, the reception took the money and gave a key with no further explanations. the room was not clean, some old noisy fridge was rather dirty, the pool toilet was always lacking paper (have mentioned it). people in the pool did not shower before jumping in, that was disgusting. The beach is also not the nicest in the area. All in all, this was the most disappointing experience in Albania (we stayed in 7 different hotels during our holidays). But we still love Albania.

The only thing worth it was the location.

There was no shampoo, and no bath rug in order to dry feet. My kid felt and broke her nose. There was ants on the fridge. Pool was dirty and not functional. We paid in structure, and had no discount on fees. Really bad service.

The food, the room was small, one day even they didn't serve the breakfast.There wasn't the room that i booked. I paid for the room with the view to the pool, but i didn't got.

Nothing, everything sucked!! 4 ice tea 1 juice?? We said 3 juice 1 tea 1 ice tea??? instead we fakin get COLD TEA?? COLD TEA? and som.. som faking 2 ice tea? And we say 1 cold ice tea it come WARM? WARM LIKE SUN ON YOUR BODEH OR SUM TING? And.. and em youro teh fakk fakking last day it rained and tings youro? Like whatafakn!!!!???

EVERYTHING. I DIDNT LIKE ANYTHING. EVEN THE POOL WAS SMALL MY RITTLE BROTHER COULD REACH THE BOTTOMOF THE POOL THAT IS JUST TOO CRAZY MAN!!
