The stuff was helpful

We arrived exactly when they were making some maintenance and was very hard for us with kids to enter and exit the facility. They could have place us in rooms that were more available to enter.

Just the location is good

It was not clean, the staff were not friendly and responsible, the parking was awful, the facilities were not clean at all. The room was so Small.

We had a short stay here. It is a nice hotel, and the staff was very friendly. The breakfast was good, and the room was clean and tidy. We will book a short-term stay again. There is a good selection of amenities.

Our room was very small, we could barely fit our large suitcases, I am not sure if all rooms are of similar size but it would be very hard to manage for longer stays.

Everything was clean and comfortable. Staff was very helpful. Breakfast was amazing .

Staffs need to smile more and be more friendly. For safety, I suggest the window that was facing a deck should be locked at all times ( the block across the main building). Should have an electronic do not disturb sign as I was waken by someone who tried to enter my room at 5.30am! Maybe a sound proof walls would be good as I could hear the next door neighbour!

The location very good others not recommended.

Cleaning, very old, the picture not like actual and stuff. The bed very old and make sound when you move while sleeping. Room smile not good.

The room was clean and had a nice balcony, and the breakfast was very elaborate.

We got stuck in the tiny elevator for over 15 minutes. 5 people with bags, with no room to turn around, we got stuck as none of the elevator buttons would work, the telephone did not work, no AC, no cell reception, and we continued to ring the emergency bell with no response. As panic and claustrophobia set in, we started to bang on the door and tried to open the celling screwed with no luck. Finally, someone trying to use the elevator heard us and contacted staff. When I complained to the staff, they just apologized and said the elevator was only a couple of months old. We refused to use the elevator again and continued to use the stairs to the 4th floor. They was no AC in the halls, and they were so hot. The pool in the basement was very small, and the spa was very outdated.When checking out, the cleaning staff were incredibly messy, leaving their cleaning cart, mops, and clean and dirty towels all over the floor of the hallways. Very unprofessional for a 4-star hotel.

The room were bigger than normal very clean and the staff were great .the free breakfast in the morning was huge with a fantastic range and you could even order your eggs how you like them .there was plenty of free parking

We specifically booked the hotel because it was hot so we wanted a hotel with a pool but arrived to the hotel at 2pm to find out the pool was closed

No outdoor area to sit in. Slightly out of Bursa but it was easy to get a metro and a bus. We wanted to travel onwards towards Erdek but had to go back to Bursa centre to get a bus/ coach.

The staff were very friendly and accommodating.

The elevator was not working. Going up stairs with a baby stroller was a challenge every time we go out. However, the bellman usually helped with it.

My handbag left on this Hotel, but recepcionist said must come back..it is imposible because I had already in the airport for next flight

The room was clean and the staff was helpful.The location was good and close to public transportation, since public transportation is needed a lot in Bursa. The price was very good for the quality as we paid about $38 for a night in August 2023.

Noise can be heard from inside the hotel when other guests walk in the hallway on their steps in upper rooms, and especially the phone's vibrations.The vegetables in breakfast were very low quality.Bursa was bigger than expected and the hotel was a bit far from the city center and needed a change of at least 2 public transportation methods.

The reception staff, very rude, unpolite, not helpful at all, bad room service and no housekeeping.

A very good accommodation in the price/quality ratio. The room was in the main hotel. It can be seen that they were renovated 1-2 years ago. Quality furniture. Good mattress with no signs of wear. The bed linen and towels are of good quality. A generous balcony where you can quietly serve coffee or tea/read or work for the office. Varied breakfast with fresh and quality products. I stop in transit every year at this location. Very good standards for 3 stars. Friendly and professionally trained staff. Parking on site, guarded. I recommend this location.

There are no negative things to say. The city, compared to the past years, seems unkempt. It gives you the impression that the municipal sanitation service is on vacation...extended.

There is 2 buildings fir thevhotel. The main one is older. Go fir the new one if available The bathroom sink was not draining well . One of the power socket was not working.

Good breakfast, good caring staff and very accomodating. Good location close to shops and cafees etc.Good and reasonable price. I had to no time to experience their spa and swimming pool, but I look forward next time.

Girl on reception tried to help. Was nice to us.

It was written that hotel has parking but we got parking place on the street not covered one, we were worried about our car. The spa was horrible, smelling toilet, hammam was not hammam without steam inside. Was dirty and old.
