Comfort Hotel Finnsnes

Breakfast great! Staff super friendly! we checked in pretty late but they were extremely accommodating and made things easy

Location and it was clean

Breakfast was awful. The scrambled egg was pretty much still raw, not acceptable. I was not expecting loads of options for breakfast but then at least whatever you do offer make sure it's prepared very well.

Excellent location, good breakfast and friendly staff

Not so good organization of the beds into the bedroom. He had little space for our luggage.

Location, breakfast.

Lack of smiles in reception.

The location was perfect, close to Senja, and only a few steps from city center. The room was big enough, with a desk, two comfy chairs, shelves, and a small fridge. The included breakfast was great!

Good conditions of stay, very helpful hotel staff.

The only downside, the problem of parking the car. The hotel only has parking in theory.

Two of tha staff had a very high standard service.

The room, the sauna, the breakfast, the coffee, one of the staff, lack of possibillities for charging the car.

Good location, great breakfast with a big buffet, staff was nice

A bit noisy, especially in the morning when people leave early to go to work

Comfortable beds , good breakfast , good location , very nice staff , good value in Norway.

One room was a bit smaller and dated with a tiny bathroom .

Breakfast

We booked a room for three people. I believe the room wasn't spacious enough for all three of us. The single bed was too small.

Good location in town with everything you need a short walk away. Comfortable, clean rooms and common areas. Good breakfast. Lovely, welcoming staff. Parking.

Would have liked tea or coffee making in room .

Both day and night staff were friendly and accomodating

Room size. Room ventilation was poor.

Good location. Friendly service. Tasty breakfast.

Room was for visitors who have dog. There was carpeted flloor, I think it is bad combination: dog and carpeted floor.

Nice accommidation in the center of finnsnes with great breakfast.

Not very easy to find correct parking lot

Very helpful staff,. Bike-friendly and found us a secure place to store our bikes and bags overnight.Spacious clean and comfortable rooms. Good breakfast

Clean, good breakfast, good bed and pleasant service.

Included delicious breakfast

It’s a bit cosy for three but perfect for a short stay

Great good night sleep Excellent location Superb breakfast Girl at reception very kind prepared me a saunaHighly recommended

Clean and comfortable room, big bathroom with good shower, and great breakfast. Easy to check in even when arriving late

Free parking spaces are limited. We didn't personally have any issues, but I could see it being an issue during busier periods

The room set up and cleanliness

The parking garage, not organized and undulating road conditions.
