We had driven 500 km from Paris and it would have been nice to lie down with a cup of coffee. Unfortunately there were no coffee making facilities in the room but the reception lady allowed us to make a cuppa in reception. It would be a real bonus to have the ability to make a cup of coffee in the room when we arrive at a destination.Clean, hot shower and a good bed. A good restaurant was right next door and this was very convenient.

Good clean, comfortable basic accommodation. Easy access from the autoroute, reasonably priced, friendly staff and good continental breakfast. Plenty of free parking with gate which is locked at night. Decent restaurant within 100m walk. 2km drive to a supermarket and fuel. Have stayed before and will again.

Clean, great location. Very friendly, helpful personnel.We come here every time we take this route, as it is practical and a good price. We always ask for a room far from the hall doors and lift.Decent breakfast for the price (they do have brown bread).

They had a problem with the showers - there was no more hot water available. This was the 1st time we've ever had the problem here, and they were attempting to fix the problem immediately.

The quadruple room is quite small. the bathroom is also quite small. with a family of 4 it gets crowded.

We liked everything accept for the constant noise of the ventilation unit (we think it was on the roof of our room) I didn't sleep of this noise

good for a night stop one the way, almost right at the exit of the A71 clean and very comfortable bed and nice bathroom.Car parking is spacious and closed at night.We really enjoyed the breakfast and will definitely stay again at this hotel.

Travelling from Nice to Caen this is a very good halfway stay just off the motorway.Budget Hotel but and have stayed here on a few occasions with no complaints. Good breakfast.

Clean, helpful staff who were patient with our poor French. And an absolute bargain!

There’s very little nearby but it’s absolutely fine for our needs as we were just en route to Spain. There were two door stops on the floor of a pretty small entrance to the room. I managed to badly stub my toe on one because of where it was placed when you’re trying to open the bathroom door. Ouch!

Closer to exterior stairs with guys smoking outside near the rooms at midnight. noisy and disturbing for people wanting to sleep

Good location for an over night stop if you're travelling across the middle.of France. Comfortable bed. very small room, glad we decided to take a backpack up instead of our suitcases. No fridge or kettle in room. Breakfast was pretty good. Yoghurt, cereal, fresh fruit, pastries, bread etc.For the cost it was pretty good. Very popular. Pretty sure it was full.

The lady on reception was unfriendly and unhelpful when asked any question including how to connect to wifi. We gave up and when there was a man on reception he helped us immediately.

The gentleman receptionist was most welcoming and helpful. This stop was most practical for a good night sleep after a long journey. Leaving and getting back onto the motorway was extremely easy. Everything was perfect.

The receptionist could not find our reservation and so have us a room which was available. Booking com have charged us 48 euros for not showing up. I have explained to them and sent them a copy of the receipt showing that we were there but have not received my money back. Very disappointed with the whole situation. We will not be using booking.com again which is a shame because the hotel was nice. Can you help us to get our no show money back?

This hotel needs to be taken as a transitory place for one night. For this purpose, it's cheap, clean and quiet. When the reception is closed, there is a machine at the entrance from where you will get your keys, extremely efficient.
