    Pros +

    • Very nice staff. Great lobby.
    • Large room with plenty of space to move around. Helpful staff and good breakfast.
    • Nice room, and well located for attending Eurexpo. Very good restaurant for diner at attractive price, unusual for a big chain hotel.

    Cons -

    • The rooms are very basic. No amenities, no toiletries old towels at best a two star hotel.
    • Tesla destination chargers were not in working condition though the staff were very helpful and also arranged charging at nearly hotel. Shower knobs were very hard to move ,also flush needed strength to use. You can still hear outside traffic noise till.
    • Breakfast was kind of sub par on Saturday morning few minutes before closing time (10am). . My neighbor never got her scrambled eggs…and I did mine myself as there was a pan and fresh eggs and a ceramic oven in the breakfast room. Nobody seemed interested! So all in all quite expensive for an Accor hotel .

Pool, staff friendly, welcoming reception area with games and lovely seating. Comfortable bed, separate toilet

Would have liked 2 key cards for the room and the ac was tricky to work. Would have liked some milk for hot drinks

    - The beds are ultra comfortable - The large room- The large bathroom- The friendly staff- The nice garden/patio

    - no lights for reading in bed- the breakfast is great but the breakfast area is not practical at all - no space for putting your plate when filling it….. a very difficult exercise

Nice and quiet, very pet friendly. Very comfortable bed. Dinner in the restaurant was excellent! It was a very good hotel for me as a dog owner. We particularly enjoyed that the hotel is near an airport: no fireworks!

We liked the comfy room, good bed, air con, clean bathroom etc to be expected from this chain. Pool was a bonus and we appreciated the secure parking. There were families with small children so it must get high marks there as well. Staff were exceptionally helpful, friendly, professional and to be commended. Good people clearly well trained to a high standard so BRAVO!! We had to hunt to find an open grill place for dinner as august closures meant the very few restaurants we could find were shut. Perhaps worth reconsidering the in house restaurant if we were to return. The location is airport friendly and easy for motorway access. Have no illusions that you are in the city as you are in conference centre territory on the outskirts. We didn't breakfast so can't comment.

Everything great as we didn't need access into Lyon city centre.

Close to bus stops making our commute easy as we went from city centre to stadium near by & then the return journey to the airport

It is a bit remote with not a lot surrounding it but then again that’s not the hotels fault

Great location, close to airport. Comfortable rooms, quiet. Lovely breakfast where we could our own eggs!Accommodated vegan and dairy intolerant diets by adapting one of the meals on offer.

The waiter who took our dinner order did not pass on our requirements so we ended up with the wrong food. Another waiter apologised and sorted it for us, but we didn't get an apology from the waiter who made the error.

Clean room and comfortable bed and close to McDonald’s. We booked this hotel because we went to the concert at Groupama Stadium and it’s only 10 minutes drive to get there.

The hotel is outside of the city, so you will have to get a bus + tram (around 45 mins) to go in to the city centre.

I asked the receptionist to be woken up at 04:30, no one called, I went down to the reception where I thought there was a receptionist, while I was waiting for the taxi, I left my luggage in the lobby, and I went out to smoke, the doors being blocked from the outside I could not re-enter the hotel to retrieve my luggage and the taxihe arrived and tried to help me but no one was there. After 20-30 minutes I continued to knock on the window for someone to come and open to retrieve the luggage, I risked losing the plane, in the end the receptionist woke up and unlocked entrance door,

The room was very comfortable, our dog stayed with us and we were able to take her into the garden. The breakfast was tasty but they ran out of bacon.

Hotel in general was good. Also the rooms were nice, clean and comfortable.

Breakfast was not that great. Very little choice. It was a disappointment compared to other Mercure hotels I stayed.

Reception staff were superb - best I have seen in years - friendly, efficient and helpful. The layout of the room was really well done. LOVED the foam pillow (as pillows are always rubbish everywhere I travel). I slept really well with a comfortable mattress/pillow combination.

The only issue was, despite trying everything and following the very detailed instructions, I could not get the temperature lower in my room. So I slept with the window open a crack.

Huge room, comfortable bed, lovely shower

Pillows a bit bulky. Why not have two chairs in a room for two people?
