We stayed at this hotel as a group of 7 family members,after a week of skiing, as we needed somewhere close to the airport for one night.While the rooms were clean and the beds were comfortable, the overall experience was very disappointing due to poor service and basic facilities not working properly.The main issue was that there was almost no water in the showers — only a small drip — and there was no hot water at all. We immediately reported this to reception, but the responses we received were unacceptable and dismissive. Throughout our entire stay, the problem was not solved and we were unable to shower at all. The staff did not seem interested in helping or fixing the issue.In addition, there was no sense of security in the hotel and we did not feel safe. During breakfast (which was actually fine), there was even an incident where two bags were stolen (not ours, but still very concerning).Overall, we do not recommend this hotel.

New and excellent interior design. Excellent fresh and hot breakfast with superb coffee and fresh bread. Superb location as travelling by car so good autoroute access and no street noise. Lots of parking.

Evening meal just lukewarm. Not that great.

Stopover enroute to the slopes. Near to the motorway. Hotel well appointed. Plenty of parking. Nice meal.Friendly helpful front of house.

We found that we had no cold water supply to our room which meant we couldn’t clean our teeth, flush the loo etc. The reception team were very good in addressing the issue by efficiently allocating us to a different room.

The staff were fantastic. The rooms were spacious and clean.

The location was a long way to the city centre but public transport was relatively easy to get to the city.The hot food for breakfast was cold.I know I’m in Europe but I can’t stand the fact that I have to eat my meals with barking dogs sitting on seats next to me.Just so wrong!!!

Great staff - very friendly and professional. Hotel is in a quiet area around 40 mins taxi ride from Lyon. Nice modern hotel and good buffet breakfast

Location-isolated feels like a business park.

Modern, everything you’d want, spacious, clean, comfortable, really good breakfast, everything I was looking for and well executed!

Memory foam beds I guess? But most hotel don’t have that either way

Check in reception, the receptionist had a slovenly demeanour and forced us to wait > 10 minutes whilst she chatted socially to a colleague on the phone before we could check in. At check in, we were charged a 100 euro deposit for 2 rooms which was in addition to the room rate already pre paid on booking.com This amount was taking off the card within minutes, only to be returned at some future date.The showers in both rooms sprayed all over the bathroom floors- poor design and layout. 3 tissues in a box and a roll and a half of toilet paper in each room. Dinner was overpriced, the macaroni cheese at 18 euros, rubbish , the table service was virtually nonexistent. At breakfast, no bananas, no weetabix, no brown bread worth eating.

We were very happy with the installations, gym, pool and nice restaurants. Rooms were great as well and they accommodated us in connecting rooms as a family of 4. The restaurant had a “free” kids menu for kids staying at the hotel, which was great. Breakfast was very good too. Super happy with our experience!

New, clean, good value for money, friendly staff, good breakfast, enough parking space and plenty of charging stations

Nothing to complain

Friendly personnel, rich breakfast, comfortable bed.

I booked 7 rooms for 4 nights. Frankly a great hotel with a big room and comfortable bed, iron and ironing board in the room. The restaurant was quite correct and the staff all over was great too. A fine, closed parking too. Will absolutely come back if the prices do not qo crazy for next time!

Can't remember anything negative, maybe just that the bar closed a little early, but a self-service facility was open 24/7 in the hotel

The hotel was recently opened and was clean and comfortable. The room had everything I needed

There was a huge confusion with my trip payment, where I at some point had 4 held transactions, 1 payment, and my other credit card blocked because they'd tried to change me a random amount in the middle of my first night and then continued trying to charge me on the second card. The girl at checkout was kind and apologetic but the manager who communicated with me via email had a huge lack of professionalism and customer service skills. Very disappointing for a Marriott branded hotel.

The key reducting from my credit card from yesterday till today for no reason the payment is done city tax is done. Also the guarantee fees is done, but they keep reducing this is not good. This is lose.
