    Pros +

    • Great location and restaurant. Quite affordable compared to local alternatives.
    • Nice restaurant in the hotel. We ate there twice. Good breakfast as well. Comfy room. Easy parking. Balcony with table and chairs.
    • We liked the restaurant and its staff

    Cons -

    • Housekeeping not brilliant: towels were not changed daily. And our room 534 had no towel rails in bathroom.
    • Reception was a computer program. We had nowhere to direct questions.
    • No balcony furniture. No electrical outlets by the beds. No soap in bathroom. Dispensers at the sink and in the shower were empty. Not enough directional signage outside about where to park and there isn’t a front desk with a human being, so we were on our own to figure things out.

Good location, decent value for money,

Cramped room, wet bathroom after showering normally, no fan or AC despite very hot weather, no one available on phone after 18.00.

The family room is so big with full of appliances to cook and fit for several children together

Breakfast could be served as of Norwagen style

Easy check in on machine, we checked in at 11 am without additional charge and no frills. Lovely little bakery in reception with yummy sweet pastries, good coffee. No breakfast buffet, just buy breakfast at the bakery. There is also a restaurant at the hotel.

    We have no complains!

Ambiance, billards game, food, swimming pool, nice view, spacious room, pet friendly.

the location was good, it is close to the train station and shops

the pool is a real hazardthe floor is extremely slippery, the edges of the jacuzzi are sharp. does not comply with safety regulations. it is very easy to get hurt

    5JohannesPosted on: 12-27-2024

    Close to train station.

Overall low standard. The room showed obvious marks of parties. Broken and/or stained furniture, nails sticking out of the wall, and incredibly poor sound isolation that made earplugs a necessity.

    6SinaPosted on: 11-27-2024

It was clean and the room was spacious. I liked the view we had. The pool and the gym were nice.

The bathroom was too small and there were no hangers for the towels.

Could slow charge car overnight. The dinner in the restaurant was wonderful. Room was comfortable. Staff.

The hottub has been removed. There wasn't any breakfast available, only a small bakery on property.

    8JasperPosted on: 9-2-2024

Bakery, restaurant and swimming pool, good room and friendly staff

The pool , sauna , comfort of room and pizza

    Liked it all

Second time we complained, a nice lady helped us get a nicer room. Good view.

Room nr 300 was dark and depressing. And when we flushed the toilet there were water coming up from the floordrain. Apperantly each apartment is owned by different people, who rent it out via the hotel. Whoever owns it clearly does not give a shit about guests, as long as they make money. No ceiling light, not a picture or any decor to make it nice to be there. Went to complain, and the woman behind the «reception» was rude and unhelpful. Not a lot of money spent on the spa apartment lately either.

My family and I thoroughly enjoyed how smooth it was to check in and check out, the options for dining and the comfortable beds. In addition, the neighborhood was very pleasant to walk around and the lodge was easily accessible as it’s located right next to the road, yet the oncoming traffic was not heard and didn’t bother our sleep!

The light in our living room didn’t turn off throughout the night. It didn’t bother us while we slept as we closed the doors to our rooms, but it did affect our movie watching.

Easy self-check-in; easily accessibly; close to wonderful nature; close to a bunch of shops; lovely bakery and restaurants in the same building; comfy beds; nice room!

Temperature could not really be regulated without opening the window. As it was close to the main road and there was ongoing road construction, we didn't want to have the windows open all the time at night, so it was pretty warm. But this was only a minor thing!

    Good location and great facilities

We booked a twin room with two beds, and came in to see that we only had a double bed, but not big enough for both of us. So we could not rest properly

    9ChristinePosted on: 8-17-2024

We did not have breakfast. We were leaving early for another location.

Internet was poor. The signal was weak + the connection continually went out . This affected the TV & all devices.

    Location, trim room.

No breakfast, location and quality of trim room.
