Very helpful, friendly staff, excellent food, and perfect location.

Twin beds instead of double. Not much daylight in the room.

Great location, great restaurant, great European Breakfast and great staff! We really enjoyed our stay and would suggest that this hotel should be given consideration when traveling to Garachico.

We loved everything about La Quinta Roja! The Hotel is unique and special and the courtyard in particular is a tranquil haven to unwind and relax during the day or the evening. The staff are a fantastic team and everyone was helpful and friendly. Our room was lovely with comfortable big beds and an excellent shower in the bathroom. We really enjoyed our stay in Garachico itself as the town is a wonderful location for a week's holiday, but it was La Quinta Roja that made our stay so special. The Manager was so lovely and shared the history of the building with us which we found so interesting. She has also clearly worked so hard to make the hotel the amazing place it is by her attention to detail.On arriving late in the evening the lovely receptionist could not have been more friendly, welcoming or helpful - she even provided us with a kettle and cups for our room so I could make myself cups of tea as I don't drink coffee.The waiting staff were also very attentive but not intrusive, just very genuine and friendly. We would also like to mention the cheerful lovely cleaning ladies who did an excellent job of freshening our room every day. Last but not least we would like to say that the food was so good that we chose to eat in the Hotel restaurant 'Silogia' every night that it was open. Delicious !

We honestly can't think of anything!

This hotel truly exceeded our expectations. The staff were incredibly kind and helpful, always willing to go the extra mile. From the amenities to the service, everything was top-notch. We were so impressed with our stay that we decided to stay an extra night and would highly recommend the place. The food was also excellent, and we especially enjoyed the variety at the breakfast buffet. There were so many options to choose from, something for everyone. The meals throughout the day were also very good. Overall, we were very pleased with the food.

Room was huge & very comfortable.Breakfast was good lots of choice.lots of areas to chill.Rooftop also very quiet & views were impressive.Reception always friendly & helpful.Location excellent.

We thought hotel restaurant a bit overated found much better food in town. Careful going up stairs to rooftop….

Fantastic location, amazing restaurant, outstanding staff.

The breakfast was very good could be eaten indoors or on the patio.The hotel was in a beautiful square and not far to walk to the sea front.Restaurant was marvellous. Staff friendly and courteous.

Coffee was provided in our room, but no tea and no milk.

Our room - 107 - was very small and very dark. A tiny window onto the street. The price did not reflect the poor room. Such a disappointment - it was to be the highlight of our holiday.Breakfast fine but no cooked hot options, and slim pickings if late. One cake provided and not replaced.

Location was in the centre of town with plenty of free parking overnight in nearby car park.

Our room was a bit too dark to spend daytime in, however the courtyard and roof space were lovely areas. There was street noise during the day until late evening, mainly people eating and drinking as vehicular access is restricted.

Hotel is beautiful, rooms very comfortable, breakfast had many choices, location was great, and staff was very friendly and helpful. Lots of cozy interior public areas and a small shop. Located in the center of town with easy parking and close to beaches, restaurants, shops and hiking trails. We loved this hotel and quaint town.

Beautiful historical property in the heart of the town. Loved the character and the setting, and the welcome from the staff. Quality restaurant too.

There was a bit of traffic noise from the street outside our room but I guess to be expected staying in the town centre.

Ok no parking space directly in front of the hotel. But just down the road there is a large parking area for free.

Fantastic location in the heart of the most charming town on Tenerife. The hotel itself is beautiful with a great sitting area in the centre and everything you could need to feel comfortable and at home. The breakfast is great and the restaurant serves quality food at good prices for dinner. The staff were very friendly and helpful the whole week that we were there. Our room was tastefully appointed and cozy. Overall a fantastic experience up there among the best that we have had.

You can hear almost everything going on outside and one night we couldn’t sleep because of a cat that wouldn’t stop screaming.

The most beautiful building and a delightful bedroom/sitting room. Staff were so friendly and helpful and the owner/manager was always on hand making sure everyone and everything was perfect. The central courtyard was so inviting. Used the small rooftop terrace to sunbathe in complete peace. The restaurant was exceptional. Would normally head out in evening but the food was so well prepared and tasted delicious that we spent our evenings there. Nice buzz about the restaurant. Hotel is in the centre square with lovely views all round.

Absolutely nothing

Very, very welcoming, friendly and helpful staff. Fantastic location, you couldn’t ask for better. The hotel itself is beautiful, and steeped in history. Extremely authentic. The rooms do not disappoint, fitting with the aesthetics of the hotel and offering comfort and cleanliness. The food in the hotel restaurant was exquisite. We will return.

Architecture, decor, staff sympathy, location, restaurant.

Breakfast was standard, reasonable, but not "au pair" with the rest. More local and traditional products would be nice.
