Great location, nice atmosphere, rooftop patio with ocean views.

Breakfast - not served until 830. Pretty late if you have plans for the day. Buffet the first day, then by order after that. The buffet was good. The ordered food was pretty skimpy. The Spanish omelette was the size of a small slice of pie, we received one slice of each meat and ham that we requested. It was an extra cost to order bacon and eggs (which had been on the buffet at no extra charge. )

I’m very disappointed with the fact that I was double charged and when I reached out to the property they fobbed me off by saying my card was rejected. How if I’ve booked over booking.com? Be aware and check your account.The breakfast was a bit minimal and could offer more coffee options for example. When I asked the owner whether I could have a take-away breakfast as I had an early start he didn’t facilitate it for me. He didn’t care and didn’t offer to refund me the breakfast either. I’d stay at the boutique hotel that’s on the piazza it’s much nicer and has a similar price most likely.

Great location in the very lovely town of Garachico with views of the sea from the terrace and many restaurants nearby.

Traffic noise, room a little cramped and some aspects were in need of repair such as the wardrobe.The breakfasts were a little mean and there was not enough seating for all the guests which seemed strange.

Wonderful sea views from terraces - I suggest room 10 or 11 for best views. Owner and all staff were friendly and welcoming, breakfast was sufficient and simple. Very clean and great location in beautiful town. We used town bus to visit other places.

Great location, parking possibilities only a few minutes walk away, Garachico is a lovely village, the terrace of the hotel overlooking the sea is very nice

The interior is quite old/worn, the mattresses are a bit hard, the breakfast was rather average (selection, quality of food)

There was a lot of choice at breakfast but some of it was not of the best quality. Rather a lot of rules and regulation signs around which detracted from the feel of the place.

Great location and am amazing view from the terrace, Make sure you have your passport with you when you check in.

Manager/owner. Arrived back early one evening to go to the bar with two friends who live on the island and was told the bar was for guest only and my friends were thrown outAlso don't dare put even one foot inside the reception office as the owner will have a go at you.Breakfast is meagre.

Great location in beautiful Garachico. Beautiful terrace(s) with lovely view of the natural lava pools and the ocean. Very good breakfast, friendly hosts and staff. Wish we could have stayed longer. Would love to come back.

Grumpy owner, several rooms which bathroom and bedroom sharing the airspace which was not mentioned. We could change to a room with separate bathroom. The opposite of generous e.g. we were asked to pay for teabags to prepare a tea in our room…

The traditional style of the building with its central courtyard. The terrace on which to sit and watch the world go by.

The en-suite was not a separate room, it was just separated from the bedroom by a screen, affording little privacy. The thin walls meant that we overheard loud neighbours talking very early in the morning.

Location was brilliant overlooking the sea but right in the centre of town. We loved the traditional architectural style. The breakfast was excellent.

The location and the staff were wonderful. Rooms were clean. I booked a single but got a twin room, it was spacious enough with wardrobe and a big shower room.

Not much choice of warm foods for breakfast. I also didn’t like that the remote for air conditioning wasn’t in the room, I had to request for it at the reception. There’s a kettle and mug in the room, but no tea/coffee and sugar provided. Rooms do need a bit of freshen up / new lick of paint but it wasn’t anything awful, it’s just a bit outdated.

Bit old room decor and equipment;

The hotel was small but lovely, a redesigned hacienda style property, with a large shared terrace overlooking the sea, and a courtyard on the ground floor with bar and breakfast area..Breakfast was plentiful and well presented.However, the strict time limit presented difficulties on our day of departure.The owner refused to allow us to eat a little earlier, refused point blank to let us take food out on the morning ot departure. We reached a compromise, being allowed to make up a sandwich the day before at breakfast.

The language difficulty was a problem, the owner having little English and we almost no Spanish.He became aggressive on the matter of the breakfast on departure, as I had misunderstood him.I had to tell him to calm down, which left me feeling vulnerable.I would not have expected a hotel owner to behave in this way.
