Friendly knowledgeable staff, great restaurant, excellent breakfast, pool, updated facilities, stylish, window screens, porch, laundry line outside

The room was a little cramped, the shower was small and leaked water all over the floor

100 meters from the beach. A restaurant with a nice menu, vibe and decoration.

No smart TV. Small (the usual) refrigerator.

Have stayed many times. Love it. Pool, location and especially staff. Always a relaxing stay.

The property is very well maintained. There is a pool with comfortable chairs- food and drinks can be ordered and brought to you.The food is outstanding and there is an excellent selection of daily specials. Can easily have all your meals at the hotel.

Really nice hotel! I really liked the different sitting areas and the pool. Big variety for breakfast. The staff is really nice and helpful.

This object in my subjective opinion does not deserve four stars. It’s decent but not outstanding so assuming the rates it was given, we were a bit disappointed. The beach is not beautiful so we were also surprised that was evaluated so high. The service was good, the breakfast average - also rather 3 stars level.

Great hotel with great services and a supermarket next door and restaurants very close by. It’s on the bus route so very convenient if you don’t have a car. Great pool and beach ….. nice place to relax. Lovely staff.

Loved everything

The hotel is perfect! Super well located. 100m from de Galissas Beach. The room is a little small for 2 but very nice with a private balcony. The staff is great and kind, always willing to help. The breakfast was also well. The swimming pool area and all the outdoors areas are super nice. They have port transfers and the driver is super nice.

Tucked away on the other side of the island of syros lyes Hotel Benois. The hotel is opposite a secluded beach to enjoy morning swims and breathtaking sunsets. The hotel is stylish yet comfy with lots of little nooks to curl up in with a good book in. The rooms arevery clean and the pool is stunning with an abundance of pool beds and chairs to sleep the afternoon away in. What I loved the most however was the staff. Family run, Hotel Benois is warm and welcoming and the owner is fluent in many languages to converse and connect the guests .Travelling alone "its the people you meet not the places you go" I highly recommend this Hotel and look forward to returning again.

Lovely swimming pool with comfy sunbeds. Breakfast was good with lots of nice places to sit. Dinner was outstanding and we ended up eating here three nights

Room was a little dated. Bathroom was new but tiny.

On the beach and with a pool. The rooms Were very clean and comfortable.

We arrived early morning and check in was not until 2pm but we were made to feel welcomed whilst we waited with access to the pool. Check in was also earlier than expected.

Lovely clean and well appointed hotel with an excellent pool area, very friendly and helpful staff, excellent buffet breakfasts, restaurant and outdoor bar area for sipping cocktails and watching the Aegean sunsets. Close to beach and supermarket. Other nice restaurants nearby too.

This hotel exceeded expectations. Breakfast was fabulous, and the lunch and dinner dining was also excellent. The location on The beach was second to non. Staff were amazing-especially Maria and Forsay(wrong spelling). We couldn’t have been looked after better. Our daughter and partner joined us from Australia and also her best school friend and partners from England so we were a mixed generation group. We will definitely return. This is like old school Greece from the 70’s and 80’s. Absolutely beautiful. Thank you Benois.

Nothing could get better!

The location of the hotel and its proximity to galisas beach, the neighborhood and its practical services from supermarket to car rental, the restaurant of the hotel and its beautiful view and copious dishes, the delicious restaurant right outside the hotel, the pool, the team always smiling, the general simple vibe, the room directly by the pool...

Our family room was a bit small for 3 people, especially the bathroom. It was the only available room at the time of booking so we don't know about the spaciousness of other rooms compared to that one.

Helpful, polite English speaking stuff. Superb location just across the street from Galissas beach. The price is a little bit premium compared to other accommodations in the area, but it is deserved for great service and good breakfast options.The hotel has its own restaurant with huge plate sizes, a nice swimming pool, and private parking. There is no loud music at the nearby venues, and the tourist traffic here is comparably lower from the other locations on Syros, nice quiet place.

Our stay at Benois was nothing short of amazing! The property itself was excellent, and the restaurant was truly a highlight. I had the best pavlova I've ever tasted there – absolutely divine! The staff were incredibly friendly and always available to help, making the stay even more enjoyable. Our room was clean, spacious, and comfortable. If I ever return to Syros, Benois will definitely be my top choice. Sending warm greetings to everyone, and a special virtual hug to the adorable doggo of the owner, Simon.
