furniture and bath needs to be renovated, hairs on bed linen, black mold in the shower, not the level of 4 star hotel, not much choice at breakfast

Wonderful experience! The staff was amazing, especially the ladies at the lobby and restaurant who were always kind, attentive, and professional

The location was excellent and very convenient. The apartment was spotless, well-equipped, and felt safe with good security.

All sheets were clean, bathtub was renewed, personnel was so kind and helpful during my visit.

cleanliness of the bathroom, there were mould on the edge of the bathtub , in the corner and near the water protected glass wall ?

The room was OK.

The corridors were dirty, lots of fluff and accumulated dirt along all the skirtings. There was some litter too in the corridor. The outdoor area outside the sliding door from room was full of weeds, chairs were on their sides, it looked unkept and uninviting.

A great overnight stop. Rooms & beds were comfortable. We appreciated the use of the hotel cot. Ground floor rooms are great with access to the lawns/balcony. Unfortunately was a bit cold when we were there and couldn’t use the pool! Easy parking onsite.

Nothing, was as expected and great for our one night stop over.

Was nothing much around and although the pool was nice the rest looked a little run down and the hotel didn’t have much atmosphere. Not what we were looking for unfortunately.

Mould in the bathroom and cannot control A/C, temp set default to 23C, which is quite hot in the night

The pool was nice, the bed was big and comfortable, the staff were friendly

There were ants in our room which wasn't great, I wish it was a standing shower but that wouldn't deter me from going back, location was a little far from things but it was still fine if you drive

Very nice hotel, spacious and clean room, with big comfortable bed. We enjoyed the pool and the garden. Perfect for a one night stay and next to the highway.

The gym and the sauna areas were a little dirty.

Very nice location in the nature. Great, spacious and comfy rooms. The staff is very helpful and gentle. Good that they have a big free parking area, for us that we were driving an electric car it was very convenient that they let us use their external electric plug for free. Pool is fantastic during hot summer days.

They should clean the floor of the elevator more often.
