In Hotel Nancy Frouard

Smooth check-in, friendly staff, free parking and cleanliness!

This is a location more close to the autoroute, but with a car there is easy access to center of Nancy. The parking is secure and right in front of the hotel. Room was clean and practicable, the bed really really great. Close by are a lot of shopping sites, a good bakery and even more close two restaurants, so we did not try the breakfast. Very good value for the cost of accommodation!

This accommodation I used for a night sleep during traveling on the motorway. Therefore it was perfect. Clean, quiet, good bed and easy check in.

The location near shops and restaurants and easy access to the highway. The staff were very friendly. Very good price.

The WC didn't work well. The carpet on the room was dirty.

For the price we paid, it was more than we expected! Very clean rooms - bathroom, bedding etc. We had everything we needed for a halfway stop en route to our destination. The staff was friendly and helpful and could speak English well. Breakfast was also more than adequate and affordable.

Obviously, there are tiny rooms, but it was enough for 3 people to stay overnight while traveling. We connected HDMI to the TV in the room and watched a movie from the laptop: the screen was perfectly visible to all of us. Privat bathroom with good sound isolation. Restaurants and supermarkets are around.

I requested the check in between 22h-23h ,they sent me an email with the code for the room àd only to find out that the code was not working, we waited for an hour with our 17 month old baby by the lobby and the reception was closed. Further more,the phone number which is supposed to be 24/7 was not going through. I had to book another room through their self service machine outside.

The location is convenient: close to high way and you can find a suprmarket and a gas station nearby.

The triple room is too small for 3 persons, even for two adults and one child.

Convenient for just a one-night stay with my family.

There was a lot of parking but it was hard to find a free space because a lot of cars were taking up two spaces. Read the reviews that the rooms were small, but it was a lot smaller than expected. We had 3 adults and it was impossible for all 3 of us to do our own thing (we had to take turns walking). Room is a little too small.

Rooms were very very small.Air conditioning didn't turn on rooms were red hot.Shower flooded into bathroom foor all the time every time.Woke up to strang people in our room even through it's keypad coded.

Location, easy to park, quiet, easy acces and good breakfast

I don't like carpet floors. I find them unhygienic. Also room was very small and probably someone was smoking in it (although it was forbidden)

The bottom sheet of the bed was covered in stains and hairs :(.It was our second time staying and probably won't return.

Modest hotel in good location for travellers, comfortable, good breakfast

We arrived late and all the parking places were taken but one which was unable because 2 cars on either side were parked badly across 3 spaces. Not the hotel’s fault but might they warn guests to park with consideration in future.

Easy check-in. Wifi worked well. When taking a shower, the toilet can't be used as it gets wet from the shower...Beds were comfy. Good place for a stop while going on holiday.

The instructions for getting into the hotel... There is a large screen with lots of languages so you can put your reservation number in and open the door, but it doesn't tell you that if you come after hours (?) you need to use the keypad next to the door... I only noticed after some frustrating minutes of not being able to get in. A message on the main screen to indicate the key pad by the door would be helpful. The bathroom door would not close. At all. Not just not lock, but not close. If you are not extremely intimate with your roommates... Also, the light in the bathroom was very intrusive in the room as a "window" in the shower allows the light to stream into the bedroom, waking anyone who is sleeping while someone is using the bathroom.Unfortunately there were only 2 towels, despite the booking and the beds being for 3 adults.The air conditioning unit was incredibly noisy, not all the time, but with a regularity which woke me up many times during the night.If you are a light sleeper, this is not the hotel for you.The walls are so thin you can hear everyone in the corridor and it sounded many times as though someone was trying to get into the room,.but there was no lock on the inside to make us feel safe that it was not the case.
