Clean tidy rooms. Charming rustic decor. Fabulous outdoor restaurant under the trees with amazing views if Metsovo and distant mointainsmountains.

Cramped bathroom. Mattress could be harder.

Location is in the middle of the village. A breakfast was really fine, and staff is kind to guests. The hotel itself is like old grandparent's mountain house. This can be considered as plus and as minus. Pictures on this site shows what is there.

The highlight of this hotel is the fireplace in the room, which I was really looking forward to using, especially since the temperature dropped below 10°C and the village was filled with the cozy scent of wood burning. Unfortunately, despite promoting 'a room with a fireplace,' the hotel did not provide any firewood, which took away much of the charm. While the facilities appeared clean, they seemed neglected and in need of more attentive upkeep.

We liked the breakfast and we had a complimentary beer. The lady that runs the place was very sweet. We were given water, too. There was good wifi.

It was not really what we hoped for. The bathroom needs mending, the room is located on the street level so keeping it open overnight is a no go, we heard screaming from other rooms. Also, everytime someone walked in the adjoined hall, it sounded as if someone had entered our room. We understand the question of liability, but seeing as Metsovo is quite complex for non-natives, and that we were extremely tired after hiking, we were sad to find that the staff could not park our car (nota bene, we were offering money for this extra service). But this is more of a side note and should not be seen as something one might expect from hotel staff.

Location is the best, parking spot also. Have very nice garden and restaurant. The breakfast was good.

The bell of nearby church. Ring EVERY hour. Also during the night.

Breakfast was fine. Room was a bit old fashioned but clean and comfortable. Dinner in the restaurant was superb.

No aircon but not needed. Guess this hotel is really set up for winter.

Breakfast on a beautiful terrace full of greenery with a wonderful view of the center of the village was good. The hotel is retro, interesting.The location is fantastic.The lunch was not bed, but it is better to choose one of the taverns in the village.

A pleasant two night stay on my motorcycle tour. A rather charming old fashioned hotel. Very good food and friendly staff.

The room felt very cozy, warm and like home. Carpets on the floor, heat at all times and a nice view of the main square from the windows while relaxing in two comfortable chairs.The personnel was very kind, talkative and happy to help you.Location couldn't be more central. The restaurant is huge, located downstairs with a fireplace. Beautiful and large garden outside to sit and eat during the summer as well. You can enjoy good quality traditional dishes and a variety of wines.Thank you Very much! Keep up!

The staff were great. The location excellent. The restaurant is a must for anyone looking for a gourmet yet authentic Village feel with a great wine selection and kitchen that makes exceptional meals....

Breakfast was very good. I like the Galaxias and have stayed there before. Their classic Greek kitchen is excellent. Thanks once more to the graceful lady of the house.

I stayed at the hotel for two nights. The service was very good, the breakfast was delicious and the bed very comfortable.

Very traditional hotel in the centre of the village. Super comfy beds. The room was warm and cosy.

The bathroom needed some modernisation as it was very shabby.

The photos don't do justice with this hotel , the experience is so much better, you entering a different era, you fill yourself like in an old family house, everything is so authentic and unique, one of our best experiences, the houstes are very friendly and helpful, the room is very clean, the location is in the center of Metsuvo, recommend to visit there

The hotel is vintage. It has a familiar air to what we also have in our country in the mountain resorts. It is located in the center of the city, which means that you are very close to the terraces and shops, but also much too close to the church bell :)) But that is the charm of the place. And you also take into account the fact that the Vlachs speak almost Romanian. The beds are very comfortable, the view from the room was towards the city square and that was a bonus, and the breakfast was with products prepared in the hotel's kitchen - very tasty.

I think the toilet bowl should be modernized anyway :)

Rather quaint and old fashioned, but oozing with old world Greek Charm. Very close to the centre of town and great views over the town centre.Food was good as well.

The location was great, just near the main square, close to the restaurants and cafes. The room was very comfortable and quiet. Staff were very friendly and the breakfasts were great. Would definitely stay there again on my next visit to Metsovo
