Great staff very very friendly,great location and view

We loved our stay in Metsovo. Tasos and the other hotel staff could not have been more hospitable. The view from our room was beautiful. The breakfast was delicious. There were many different choices including foods made locally. The greek olives were superb! We were made to feel so welcome.

This hotel is run by a local family with a warm heart. They were dedicated to address every request we had. As religious Jewish we had special requests which they did not hesitate to fulfill.

First of all, the atmosphere in the hotel itself is something special. So much effort was put into every detail during the construction... the hosts of the hotel are extremely pleasant and helpful. The breakfast is excellent and tasty. The mattresses on the beds are excellent for a good night's sleep. Parking in front of the hotel is also good. All in all, I regret staying only one night. The hotel and Metsovo are highly recommended for stays of more than one night. And let me not forget... on departure we received a gift from the hotel host as a sign of attention, which only contributed to the overall excellent impression of this hotel.

It is a family business of very friendly and helpful brothers. There is elevator access to the upstairs. Very good value for money. Rooms are ok, beds are clean, towels are changed daily, maybe the carpet should be replaced. In the bathroom there is shower gel in a dispenser. The hotel is well heated. Breakfast is good, it includes local products, olives, spinach pie, cheese pie, soup, sausages, jam, cheese, maybe more vegetables would be needed. The rooms have balconies with table and chairs, the view is beautiful even on rainy or foggy days. The warm welcome of the hosts made us feel excellent.

Very friendly staff, perfect location with good view and free parking. Breakfast was good and fresh.

Mattresses are very hard and the glass curtain in shower didn’t close properly so it caused flood on bathroom floor after shower. If fix this minor things it would be perfect.

Hospitality of the owners. They were very positive and always supportive to our requests.

The jacuzzi was not working

Some loud annoying customers shouting outside the room, but what can you do, not the hotel’s fault..Not so crazy about the breakfast cause I’m not a huge pie fun

The bathrooms could have some refurbishment with 2020 facilities

Lovely hotel. Owned by four brothers for 43 years. They can’t do enough to welcome you. The room was very clean with a lovely balcony overlooking the pool and wonderful view. Breakfast was lovely. Hot local sausages, boiled eggs, lovely local yogurt, honey and pastries.

Nothing, we loved it. A minor point, the carpet on stairs between floors 3 and 4 could be a trip hazard.

The owner was super sweet and nice! We had a great time and the view was amazing! Its a family business and it was very comfortable and nice to stay there. The beds were very comfortable and the owner did everything he could to make us feel nice and welcome and help us in everything we needed.

The facilities are kind of old

Breakfast was no more than adequate. Location was spectacular and the service was very attentive and helpful. The hotel is a long and hilly walk to the wonderful town centre- best use the car.

No evening meal was available in house and the breakfast was limited. The hotel was very old fashioned but we liked that.

The very warm welcome of Tassos, his kindness and his excellent tips! Breakfast on the terrace, with view on the mountains. Spacious, quiet and clean rooms. Very close to the centre of the village. Excellent good value for money.The swimming pool is really pleasant and sunny since early morning.

The breakfast was great with many choices of traditional products such as pies and trachanas. The only issue was that for a person following a plant based diet there were not many choices. Nonetheless the owners were very accommodating.
